Blizzard is taking alot of the void stuff from Lovecraft and in the lovecraftian universe the strongest old one is called Azatoth. Now with all the voices and whispers everyone is hearing there could be a possibility that Azeroth might in some form be connected to the void
It was quite explicitly stated in a cinematic during the harbinger questline that the kind of whispers that Azeroth is giving out are exactly the same kinds that the home world of the Ethereals was giving out before it was fully destroyed and corrupted by the void lords... so yeah.
For the people who havent considered this: Its kinda clear to me that ''The Last Titan'' will have but a single most important purpose as an expansion and that is to set up the *future* of world of warcraft. Now there wouldnt be any future if azeroth really was the last titan now would there?
I really thought this video was going to talk about how we don't actually know this is the last Titan, or the last world soul. It's very clearly stated that the Titans haven't explored the entirety of the mortal plane. That there's a lot more out there they've never been to, and the void sent Old Gods out across that area too looking for world souls. This may be the last world soul the titans discovered, but we don't know for sure it's the absolute last. As far as the power of it, maybe the issue is that the magic is that 7th type. Which is why different forces try to taint it toward their side. Titan's would need to fill it with order magic if it already was order magic. The Jailer may have used it because it is a primal, fundamental force of power, as are other world souls, but this is one he had a connection to. One thing that's really always bothered me about the Titans though, are that they're born in the mortal plane, but everything else is created in their realm and sent here. Maybe even that part is a lie as well. Maybe the Titans were sent out of the realm of Order in the same way as the old gods were. They just tell us they're born here to justify their right to control everything.
Sounds to me like the great creator went to sleep like a pheonix waiting to be reborn and the kids decided to play and keep the parent asleep.... sounds too familiar to another storyline I can't quite put my finger on.
What like hundreds of Mythos across D&D and other media including old mythology of Earths civilizations? The story resonates well in World Soul because it’s got relatable pieces. Looking forward to the finale.
Yeah, like Arthas! Deathwing! And Garrosh! Lei Shen! Gul'dan! Archimonde! Kil'jaeden! Azshara! N'zoth! The Jailer! Fyrakk! All those headline baddies who got redeemed!
@@Junebug89yea except we are the bad guys... But ok. We are the only ones decimating the bear population just to skin their assholes and on top of that we are helping the titans which are obviously the enemy of all.
I think you are on to something. I think Sargeras will break out of his prison and kill all the other titans, maybe even absorb their power, and then come after Azeroth. He will be the last titan and Azeroth will awaken as something else to face him. Basically, if we see a bloody and broken Illidan show up any time soon, we'll know what's going down.
I don't think it's limited to world souls or dragons. I think the titans found the Djaradinn and reforged them to the iron Vrykul. I think the bull statue in Uldum means they tampered with the tauren too. Elves are notoriously mouldable, probably the troll regenerative properties, but I think it's a feature of Azerothian life, to change. Maybe the curse of flesh was an infusion of void to counter Titan tampering.
Azeroth seems analogous with Azathoth the "Sleeping God" of Lovecraft, which while it sleeps Existance is happening, but once it wakes.. all things end. The Dream cannot exist if the Dreamer wakes... The Titans and all the other forces seem to be setting up to make the dream what they want because that way they can exist for longer.. and keep the Dreamer asleep. Azeroth opening her eye and looking at Sargeras causing him to go nuts? He saw the Truth. He saw what lies beyond the Dream...
If world souls aren't titans, why did Argus wake up as a titan? He wanted tempered by the pantheon, he was tortured by fel and (UR DURR DENUSER BS INCOMING) death magic, but still woke up as a titan. I definitely hate the path that WoW story took, hate it.
That's the comment I've been looking for. As far ad we know, and we don't have any reason to believe it was influenced by the Titans. The only titan who touche that world soul is Sargeras, quite far from being a Order creature.
Argus didn't look like any titan, though. He was humanoid, sure, but he had no resemblance to the titans. He didn't have gold or silver skin and was neither of the titan varieties of titans. He also just straight up has memories from before being inside the planet, which makes no sense if he's an unborn titan.
@@purpledragonofhonor2193 Bro, we're TOLD he's a titan by the titans lmao. And they've been lying this entire time. Most of the shit we know is just titan propaganda. They are like the two original true gods of WoW.
@@francescoporcari8597lol his comprehension of the lore is kind of accurate actually. Blizzard lost control of their lore and with all the retcons and trying to make every cosmic force some philosophical study on duality is killing the lore. I think it is fine to do that to some extent. But it feels like every cosmic faction is just the same now. It isn’t as compelling as having a few of them at least be more black and white in terms of “good and bad”. I hope this saga makes things make sense cause after the last few expacks I have completely lost hope in WoW’s story. It feels like Avengers Infinity War now. I hope they wrap it up nicely. But who knows? Blizzard doesn’t have much respect for their own Lore. They may just have more lore breaking retcons they are waiting to pull out.
@@LiliumCruorem alas, I do agree that Blizz has screwed up the lore, but to say Titan=bad is an oversimplification. I'd say that they are conveying the mesage that all forces are morally grey, and to say Sargeras is the last titan is just making Hypothesis. We haven't seen any bad action by the Titans (mind you, Odyn is not a Titan, and has free will, so his the only responsible for his actions) so far. Algalon is their last resource.
Good video. Pyro and his community pieced together a glorious theory about cosmic powers and language. TBH it makes so much sense it's most likely accurate. It explains the power division, why the Dreadlords act the way they do, why certain people can hear azeroth.
It's just pyro's wildest dream, it is not grounded, it's based on mere speculation, and has been proven wrong. There's no such thing as rune/order magic.
Wait, mortals are not heavily aspected towards one of the cosmic forces and we go to the shadowlands apparently. Unless us simply being alive puts us in the 'life' camp and life and death both go to the shadowlands. Does that mean that arcane and fel both go to the twisting nether? Shadowlands truly was the worst expansion because it's still causing problems years later.
I wonder what Blizzard will do after the Worldsoul saga. How many times can you save Azeroth? Do they go back to the multiverse/shadowlands? Haven't we already saved the very fabric of reality ? The only thing we haven't saved from destruction is one of the fundamental laws of physics that binds the multiverse together. I guess the next expansion will be World of Warcraft: The Strong Nuclear Force (although I'm pretty sure the Void incorporates some form of the fundamentals of physics).
For awhile now I have thought Azeorth to be more akin to a Star soul, then a world soul. The construct known as the planet is actually a Dyson sphere, you shown an image representing the various Mordis’s in this video. We see proof of these structures on Azeroth, they’re the titans structures, slammed across its surface and inside of it. Heck look at the wow logo on the last titan, it’s brimming light that is shining outward as rings surround it.
I wouldn't say that would be a plot twist for the sake of plot twist. The lesson of never just accepting an authority without really knowing what is happening behind is an important one. And extremely important one.
Elune is the last titan aka the last true god of wow, and the titan’s secret is that the titans we know now are just stronger titan keepers going around lying about being titans themselves, and this will go on to say that the shadowland covenants also do the same thing as the fake titans
didn't varian and the others on the broken shore that died have their souls consumed or destroyed or something like that by guldan there so they couldn't show up in SL?
I expect either Sargeras or perhaps Eonar will be the last Titan left, and that Azeroth will be something different, perhaps some kind of amalgam of all cosmic forces since every force has been influencing it They have been establishing that the Titans are not strictly good, especially Amanthul, so I doubt Amanthul will be the last Titan
Yes, because azeorth isn't a titan to begin with, she's obviously something more and she'll ultimately be the one to either cleanse this void titan or cast them down
Name a better example of STAMINA than Bellular selling the story of WoW for as long he has. Can’t be easy. The peak phase of Warcraft storyline was WC III.
I think the biggest hint we have so far is a book in the emerald dream called “on the nature of the dream” that draws attention to the fact that the emerald dream and the shadowlands are “sisters,” that life and death is a cycle, and importantly, the titans did not understand this connection between life and death when they “ordered” the emerald dream. There is something inherent about Azeroth that the titans do not understand, and as we have seen from the Uldaman lore books, the keepers have actively suppressed information regarding the Black Empire, or anything regarding Azeroth pre-ordering.
Every lore video the inevitable Shadowlands shenanigans make an appearance and it takes me out. We have some goofy lore but the Shadowlands stuff is too much.
the only thing i still wanna know from SL are the jailors last words:“A cosmos divided will not survive what is to come”. and the cut content from ardenweald and the drust
As soon as you mentioned Wrathion and eating the heart, I was like oh yeah that happened. It bothers me that they sit on stories for years and then try to release something and call it epic :( I am still very excited, but it would nice to not have to research what happened so long ago.
So are all World Souls... just World Souls? And did the Titans warp our understanding of them as inherently Titanic in origin? If so, have World Souls merely been claimed by the Titans and changed into their kind while their nature is something different entirely? Raw potentialities? If that is the case, then what the heck even are the Titans and where did they come from? Realm of Order?
Plot twist:Sargeras’s motives were like Illidan’s.He is now imprisoned like Illidan was.I can’t imagine if we help Sargeras bring down Aman’thul. So much speculation,I can’t keep up with it😅
There would be some nice symmetry in Illidan being both Sargeras's jailer and the one who frees him, just like Maiev was Illidan's jailer and had to free him too.
It's not a plot twist at this point. It's the most ridiculously cliche, overused thing that creatively defunct Blizzard writers resort to in order to "S U B V E R T E X P E C T A T I O N S." They did it continuously and half-assedly in EVERY. SINGLE. expansion since WoD. Now, I just roll my eyes whenever I see it - if you're going to create a villain, goddamn it, act like it!
Am I the only one that wants blizzard to finally solve the biggest problem of all this titan/old god/azaroth being. Whenever this thing finally hatches/Wakes up we are dead. We need an exodus plan and someplace to go, we can't fight all this time to save this thing only to eventually turn it into adimantium/stone like the 'the eternals'.
"The Last Titan" referring to a villain Aman'Thul returning to attempt to forcefully apply order to Azeroth, as opposed to applying to Azeroth itself like we think, is an amazing idea
I don't know where to put this thought so I came back to this video in hopes someone is entertained by it. We just got seeming confirmation through some quests that Azeroth could be a titan. The little info thing after turning in titan discs explains the titans plan for azeroth and making her the most powerful titan. BUT BUT BUT I wonder if the radiant song is not actually about the black empire/void but instead is azeroths way of warning us against the titans. There is a lot of moments where the titans motives seem shaky and it would be a GREAT turn in the story over this trilogy of expansions.
What do you think are the odds that our world soul is getting more powerful but also balance... likelyhood is she has been pumped full of all kinds of magic (holy (light) at the sunwell/ the Naaru, disorder (fel) at the tomb of sargeras, shadow (void) from the old gods, order (arcane) from the titans, life (nature) from eonar, death (necromantic) from the jailer) and because so much has been pumped in she has become powerful enough to speak and warn us all.
love how the expansion is essentially the same story as horizon forbidden west. restore all the parts (aspects) of the zero-dawn system to save gaia (azeroth world soul). we gonna see captain planet in the next one?
Ohhh so we gonna take polution down to zero then? Cause if so i've got a nuclear powered goblin smasher at the ready..For azeroths evironment of course.
No, there’s one more thing from the Shadowlands that’s important, what was done to Argus, can also be done on a smaller scale. Mortals can be infused like that as well.
Naa fam, Azeroth is essentially a stem-cell, waiting to be programmed in whatever way there is. We'll bin off the Titans by the end of the WSS and probably have to contend with the Void as the final boss of WoW.
Sorry Bellular but it can't be Aman'thul as he is dead (he and the others were killed by Sargeras). So you would need to consider the other dead titans as well if you went that direction. Sargeras is the last known living titan, so he is probably "the last titan".
@@francescoporcari8597 Wowpedia says he was destroyed by Sargeras with the others but a spell by Norgannon kept them from being totally destroyed and now they are just disembodied spirits. He did posses Ra for a time and then Ra extracted his soul fragment and stored it in pandaria. Sargeras got ahold of the soul fragment and the other Titan spirits and tried breaking them like he did Aggramar. He failed, Argus was defeated and Sargeras was imprisoned at the Seat of the Pantheon. The last we saw of the titans they were all still in astral ghost form, so still dead for whatever that means in wow and since nothing in lore currently has been stated saying Aman'thul has been resurrected I stand by my statement that he cannot be the last titan currently as the others are just as "alive" as he is. The only known "alive" titan is Sargeras. Time will tell though I guess.
death wants azeroth, void wants azeroth, order wants azeroth, chaos wants azeroth, what if the world souls turn into titans when infused with order, become gods of shadowlands if infused with death, become void lords if infused with void and so on and so forth?
We saw the prototype robots for the death pantheon. We also saw the process to make an Arbiter using a soul (it was almost Argus's soul, but we used Pelagos's instead.)
This is the obvious answer. Titans want azeroth so they stole it from the old gods and ordered the world. Then they installed the forge or origination and algalon to make sure if anything tries to steal it back, it gets wiped out and reset back to Order. Then they spread what is essentially pro-titan propaganda to make sure lifeforms on Azeroth fight for the Titans, but specifically against any other forces that might try to convert Azeroth's world soul for themselves.
I like your lore videos. They're simple enough for someone like me who hasn't read the books etc and who still is keen on knowing some lore stuff. I could ask my gf too (she has read all the books and whatnot) but she explains it with so much info overload that I get lost halfway through 😅 Really liked the error on the video when Argus hit the Arbiter. That made me laugh out loud.
I'd send you a Christmas card Dave! Hell I'd make you a an effin fruitcake... and I'm allergic to nuts! Thank you for the beautiful music. It has touched our souls. 🙏
I've been thinking a lot on this too, speculating on what our World Soul is and has actually brought about and how ironically those avenues are the ones being manipulated to gain access to the World Soul. Were all very familiar by now with the Emerald Dream, The World Tree's, and The Elemental Planes (Firelands) ect. The Legion wanted to burn our trees, Sylvanas burned our trees in service of Jailer boi, The Old Gods have tried to corrupt the Dream, and the elemental planes, even corrupted the Earth Warden. Azeroth also has created life in many various forms and we know how the varying factions of the universe have tried to manipulate them. We havent seen Light or Life. Elune exists and we know this but shes also a sister to a denizen of death the Winter Queen who presumably serves Our World Soul while Elune probably serves a higher power in the Light which could be Azeroth but I dont think the signs point to that. Eonar represents life but we know shes a Titan and serves Order, but i find it far more plausible shes another Soul perhaps infused with creation energy in order to understand how to manipulate it better. I feel like Azeroth is the World Soul of Life if you refer back to the Warcraft Chronicles Map which is why every faction in the cosmos wants it, because if you control creation you can create it how you want it. Fel wants Chaos, Titans Want Order, Void wants Shadow, Death wants Death, Light wants Illidan to not be his Scars and Life wants to live hence our part in the whole thing. Just like the Titans, Death, The Light and The Void is working behind the scenes I feel so has our planet. Im curious to see how it all pans out
That’d actually be quite the plot twist if she was actually the remaining spirit of the world soul from K'aresh (Ethereal world) after the Void Lord Dimensius consumed majority of her power and transformed the planet with void magics … Would also explain why Locus Walker knows of her.
the dragon aspects are azeroth's version of titans. the titans like the dragons are an expression or even emanation of a worldsoul as azeroth isn't the only world soul in existence. And just like void, light, death, the titans as the faction of order are attempting to leash azeroth's world soul because "there is an order to things".
So what if Titans are simply what the Pantheon refers to as a matured world soul. One that is finally born, and because our perspective thus far has been through the eyes of the Pantheon maybe we just know them as Titans because that’s what we know. My personal theory revolves more around the name, the LAST Titan. I’m gonna go full on philologist here and state that there is a definite difference between Final and Last. Final is a definitive end point there is finality in final, if Azeroth were to be the FINAL Titan to be born there would never be another. The LAST implies that it’s a sequential ending, meaning it can be a door an ending and a beginning. My personal theory is the awakening of Azeroth and the war subsequently leading up to her awakening will shatter our understanding of Order and the Titans and expose to us a new paradigm of understanding; one S the new cosmological lore books suggest; breaks free of our rather rudimentary and archaic understanding of extraterrestrial and inter-dimensional beings and contextualizes them in a manner than is more complete.
my guess is that World Souls are all ontologically neutral, but which cosmic force they're predominantly exposed to determines what kind of celestial being they mature into.
From my impressions and understandings... Titans are a potential product of world souls... and from the very start, it's been very clear in the lore that the void can also optionally corrupt the soul so it's like a void lord or something. The titans could potentially not want her born because of how powerful she could be, and if she disagrees with the titans ways... she trumps them.
God I wish they still knew how to write a compelling story. There's no consistency in any of this crap. This isn't cool. They took Garrosh and made him an honourless bitch. They took Sylvanas and made her a snide and stupid version of Arthas. They took Illidan and made him a good guy instead of an antihero? The legion isn't bad. The Titans aren't good. The dragons aren't actually strictly just dragons. Thrall isn't a capable leader, he's a whiney pussy. Magni is a rock, and now he's depressed. It all sucks. Everything I loved about this setting has been subverted, and every expansion I hope it improves, and it doesn't. Everything since Wrath has just been one big derpdidoo and I'm tired of it. It's not interesting.
azeroth being one out of many theater of the fight between order (titans) and void (old god), but one in wich an intelligent species emerges really appeal to Starcraft lore in wich protoss wants to destroy the earth because of the zerg hazard (same with Agalon)... and I guess way older stories than blizz' one

Blizzard is taking alot of the void stuff from Lovecraft and in the lovecraftian universe the strongest old one is called Azatoth. Now with all the voices and whispers everyone is hearing there could be a possibility that Azeroth might in some form be connected to the void
Itd be ballsy to reset the universe by having azeroth wake up, but id love it
It was quite explicitly stated in a cinematic during the harbinger questline that the kind of whispers that Azeroth is giving out are exactly the same kinds that the home world of the Ethereals was giving out before it was fully destroyed and corrupted by the void lords... so yeah.
@xfKYZacTriEdging us for years just to be like, "Oh poop! We gotta stop her from waking up!"
For the people who havent considered this: Its kinda clear to me that ''The Last Titan'' will have but a single most important purpose as an expansion and that is to set up the *future* of world of warcraft. Now there wouldnt be any future if azeroth really was the last titan now would there?
The expansion ends with Aman'Thul saying "... and i will NOT be The Last Titan" as Azeroth uses her magic to help us flee with her
Can't turn the freakin frogs gay if you go back in time and wipe them out. Remix FTW
Alex Jones going back in time Broxigar style
14:12 ahhhh hell nah the Jailer was pumping Azeroth 😭😭😭
The Jailor was grooming Azeroth.

Sargeras redemption arc, because that's always what happens.
Except for arthas:(
Blizzard love to make redemption arcs cuz they secretly wish they redeem themselves but they cant
Yeah, like Arthas! Deathwing! And Garrosh! Lei Shen! Gul'dan! Archimonde! Kil'jaeden! Azshara! N'zoth! The Jailer! Fyrakk! All those headline baddies who got redeemed!
@@Junebug89yea except we are the bad guys... But ok. We are the only ones decimating the bear population just to skin their assholes and on top of that we are helping the titans which are obviously the enemy of all.

It’s Sargeras. He was right all along.
It's definitely Sargeras.
He's still wrong tho.
Plot twist. Illidan becomes the last titan 😅
@@Razeki27 There is enough in the lore Blizzard could swing the story that way. I would not be surprised if they have more in store for Illidan.
Let’s just let expansions bring out the story
I don't think it's limited to world souls or dragons. I think the titans found the Djaradinn and reforged them to the iron Vrykul. I think the bull statue in Uldum means they tampered with the tauren too. Elves are notoriously mouldable, probably the troll regenerative properties, but I think it's a feature of Azerothian life, to change. Maybe the curse of flesh was an infusion of void to counter Titan tampering.
curse of flesh? more like, blessing of flesh am I right?
trolls descend from elves
Azeroth seems analogous with Azathoth the "Sleeping God" of Lovecraft, which while it sleeps Existance is happening, but once it wakes.. all things end. The Dream cannot exist if the Dreamer wakes...
The Titans and all the other forces seem to be setting up to make the dream what they want because that way they can exist for longer.. and keep the Dreamer asleep.
Azeroth opening her eye and looking at Sargeras causing him to go nuts? He saw the Truth. He saw what lies beyond the Dream...
Best comment for me. You're probably right. Make more sense than anything else.
@@aaronyaygerok, whats it matter what he looks like if hes just straight up a titan still?
@@purpledragonofhonor2193 Bro, we're TOLD he's a titan by the titans lmao. And they've been lying this entire time. Most of the shit we know is just titan propaganda. Argus has memories from BEFORE being inside a planet. That completely destroys what we know about how titans are made from what they themselves told us. Argus wasn't a titan and neither was Azeroth. They are like the two original true gods of WoW.
I wonder what happens to everyone on Azeroth when Azeroth wakes up?
All I know is Titans = bad, and the Last Titan = Sargeras. The bigger mystery for me is Elune.
You have a shallow comprehension of the lore. Titan=bad is an oversimplification

Never thought it was, I assumed it was us unleashing Sargeras to help us
Really liked the cover for video and not clickbate title. Good video too!
Exactly
I wonder what Blizzard will do after the Worldsoul saga. How many times can you save Azeroth? Do they go back to the multiverse/shadowlands? Haven't we already saved the very fabric of reality ? The only thing we haven't saved from destruction is one of the fundamental laws of physics that binds the multiverse together. I guess the next expansion will be World of Warcraft: The Strong Nuclear Force (although I'm pretty sure the Void incorporates some form of the fundamentals of physics).
Talking of Argus, the WorldSoul developed into a (twisted) titan, yet we don't have any evidence of the (Order) Pantheon interference...
Agreed with others in that this is just a poor retcon.
Shouldn't need a flow chart to back track on why Azeroth isn't the last titan anymore.
Aman'Thul being a main antagonist would be abhorrent. Plot twist for the sake of plot twist
I wouldn't say that would be a plot twist for the sake of plot twist. The lesson of never just accepting an authority without really knowing what is happening behind is an important one.
And extremely important one.
Thank you for elaborating the lore!
Elune is the last titan aka the last true god of wow, and the titan’s secret is that the titans we know now are just stronger titan keepers going around lying about being titans themselves, and this will go on to say that the shadowland covenants also do the same thing as the fake titans
The titans are just the goa'uld who found real titan machines and went around pretending to be titans.
Imagine trusting WoW’s lore team after what they have done in Shadowlands. (Varian and countless others who never showed up)
didn't varian and the others on the broken shore that died have their souls consumed or destroyed or something like that by guldan there so they couldn't show up in SL?
I expect either Sargeras or perhaps Eonar will be the last Titan left, and that Azeroth will be something different, perhaps some kind of amalgam of all cosmic forces since every force has been influencing it
They have been establishing that the Titans are not strictly good, especially Amanthul, so I doubt Amanthul will be the last Titan
calling it now before i watch the video- k’aresh is the last titan and he’s a fully corrupted void titan.
Yes, because azeorth isn't a titan to begin with, she's obviously something more and she'll ultimately be the one to either cleanse this void titan or cast them down
Nah. It’s aman thul and all the other titans turn on him
What aboot Sargeras?

Surprising that Bel hasn't done an updated old god whispers, a couple of N'Zoth and Ilganoth lines seem to have relevance...
Khadgar opens up that he decides to be a Skywalker
Every lore video the inevitable Shadowlands shenanigans make an appearance and it takes me out. We have some goofy lore but the Shadowlands stuff is too much.
I haven't heard this yet but it just clicked for me now, the war within is the war withing azeroths soul!
I kinda hope we lose in the last titan. What a twist of a way to force the world to change and we spend time taking everything back.
the only thing i still wanna know from SL are the jailors last words:“A cosmos divided will not survive what is to come”.
and the cut content from ardenweald and the drust
Did...did you just LME me in the thumbnail? Art is gonna hear about this one!
As soon as you mentioned Wrathion and eating the heart, I was like oh yeah that happened. It bothers me that they sit on stories for years and then try to release something and call it epic :( I am still very excited, but it would nice to not have to research what happened so long ago.
"Friends don't tell friends about shadowlands lore." Legit made me choke on my coffee. Well played.
Plot twist... Azeroth is the Old God mother.
You gotta make more lore videos you guys are great
If you look up “ret-con” in the dictionary there’s a picture of the blizzard writing team.
Friends don't tell Friends about Shadowlands lore, Friends don't tell friends about shadowlands.
Cant wait when illidan and sargeras make there comeback with the bromance of traitors for there kin
"Friends don't tell friends about Shadowlands lore." LOL! This should be a catchphrase.
Yes plot twist Garrosh return as Titanic to rule again
true titan horde inc.!
Azeroth if not a Titan.. It's a people

No, there’s one more thing from the Shadowlands that’s important, what was done to Argus, can also be done on a smaller scale. Mortals can be infused like that as well.
Any being can, it seems. The Dreadlords are a prime example of this.
@@elunaxalt 😏
Danuser has you really mixed up. Metzen is in charge now. Azeroth is absolutely a Titan
Naa fam, Azeroth is essentially a stem-cell, waiting to be programmed in whatever way there is. We'll bin off the Titans by the end of the WSS and probably have to contend with the Void as the final boss of WoW.
The World Soul is Madara and he or she is using Infinite Tsukuyomi. Where all Dreaming. Wake up Heros
Sorry Bellular but it can't be Aman'thul as he is dead (he and the others were killed by Sargeras). So you would need to consider the other dead titans as well if you went that direction. Sargeras is the last known living titan, so he is probably "the last titan".
Aman'thul is alive, as per wowpedia

Argus was never ordered and still he has developed into a Titan...
@@francescoporcari8597 exactly, then why do we have this new bs about world souls not being titans?
@@luke4260 because of Danuser wanted to left his footprint, by spoiling established lore.
Azeroth is starting to feel like the centre of the multiverse in the same way that Earth does in Marvel and DC.
death wants azeroth, void wants azeroth, order wants azeroth, chaos wants azeroth, what if the world souls turn into titans when infused with order, become gods of shadowlands if infused with death, become void lords if infused with void and so on and so forth?
I could ask my gf too (she has read all the books and whatnot) but she explains it with so much info overload that I get lost halfway through 😅
Really liked the error on the video when Argus hit the Arbiter.
Im curious to see how it all pans out
@@taylorlukes4810 Eonar is the titan of life.
Obvious plot twist: Xal'Atath is actually the Last Titan. She is the Void Titan, denied a form of her own by her brethren.
That’d actually be quite the plot twist if she was actually the remaining spirit of the world soul from K'aresh (Ethereal world) after the Void Lord Dimensius consumed majority of her power and transformed the planet with void magics … Would also explain why Locus Walker knows of her.
I feel really attached to Azeroth at this point and can't wait to see her.
the dragon aspects are azeroth's version of titans. the titans like the dragons are an expression or even emanation of a worldsoul as azeroth isn't the only world soul in existence. And just like void, light, death, the titans as the faction of order are attempting to leash azeroth's world soul because "there is an order to things".
I really have a feeling Sarg is the "last titan". He will have some sort of comeback, with Illidan by his side.
At this point I actually relate to the villains more, hell I wish I could be a villain instead of the hero. Peak "fuck it" energy.
where's the artwork from 7:22 from? I don't remember seeing that
I think it's Amitas, the Titan of Peace. She vanished when Sargeras left.
Shes just a DEI add in
They are just lighting the existing lore on fire i.g.
my guess is that World Souls are all ontologically neutral, but which cosmic force they're predominantly exposed to determines what kind of celestial being they mature into.
From my impressions and understandings... Titans are a potential product of world souls... and from the very start, it's been very clear in the lore that the void can also optionally corrupt the soul so it's like a void lord or something. The titans could potentially not want her born because of how powerful she could be, and if she disagrees with the titans ways... she trumps them.
maybe the last titan is the friends we made along the way
God I wish they still knew how to write a compelling story.
She's gonna be a rainbow worldsoul, callin' it
