After this patch I’m finding that on high depth (over 70) my defenders have gone back to chasing runners all the way back to their own goal instead of playing offside. Any remedy to this?
Use this formation for ultra attacking but with overlap for fullbacks and agressive iterceptions for forwards. And what music you use in your intro? :)

Don’t play with a high depth one defensive unless your very good at right stick switching

these tactics are not for old gen I can confirm this. I guess I might have to follow u from next fifa on wards coz u dont make content for old gen
