You don't see people calling out the cast iron for all of human history for putting heavy metals in your food because you don't scratch it. People are idiots who think some company saying their healthier and believe it because it's more expensive. Nobody saying processed foods are good for you but whole foods aren't even real it's just marketing. If you make it from scratch it's not processed boom. Spring water contains a lot of minerals that if ingested excessively can lead to higher probability of kidney stones. (He said don’t drink sodas but mineral water has the same effect).
Reminder: just because something is natural or organic doesn’t mean it can’t be damaging if consumed in excess. You must know about what you put in your body and it’s effects on it. Don’t just blindly consume something just because it’s not full of “chemicals”. Nature also has its own ways of affecting us. Another example: too much fruit contains natural sugars that could be bad for some people prone to diabetes. Again, “natural” doesn’t always mean it’s 100% ok to consume like crazy

Good nutrition is relative. You can eat average foods and be healthy if you pay attention.
Two Professors at 2 different universities did two different diet studies.
One ate only at McDonald’s. One ate only out of 7-11.
They restricted their calories to 2,000/day and exercises for 45 minutes a day.
They both lost 30-50 pounds and improved their overall health.
You don’t need whole food straight from the vine/animal to be healthy.

@@musiccreators6683 what you eat has everything to do with your health.
But you don’t have to eat 100% whole organic foods right from the farm to be healthy.
In fact, eating a 100% whole food diet makes it much more difficult to get the variety of nutrients in the balanced amounts we need.
Some “processed” foods are labeled processed because they are fortified with additional vitamins and minerals, which can be helpful, even helping to address potential deficiencies that occur from restrictive diets.
The more you eliminate from your diet the more knowledgeable and organized you need to be.

How in this day and age do people not know how a microwave works? It's vibrating water particles in your food to heat it up. It is not leaving radiation in it. It's actually been shown to be one of the best ways at keeping the most nutrients in your food for heating it up. I don't use one because I don't like mushy food.
