Before I understood biohacking or how my body works and react, at my best performance I was losing almost 1 Kg a month, after I did research and educated myself I lost almost 6 Kg in 2 months. I'm 19 yo now and I still have so much to learn from people like you guys. loved the video 💪❤🔥
That’s why a stay at home wife, and OR mom, who loves her family and cooks amazing, healthy food (especially home grown) is the most important job she could ever have. It is priority. I never used teflon (didn’t seem safe to me) only use cast iron, glass or stainless steel, and I wouldn’t own a microwave!
A health condition shocked me into a health awakening. speaking from experience this video is a fair summary that has taken me a long while to learn first hand- definitely saved for later because its easy to become complacent!
So true. I'm eating once a day and healthy (been researching for almost a decade now). Even though I'm currebtly physically inactive, I still look better than 95% of the people I see when I go outside to buy some groceries. If I would start to get active again I would look shredded as fuck. But I have to add that I started getting into sports early and am naturally athletic that helps a lot.

I actually stopped drinking tap water like 4 weeks ago by accident. Delivery came with 6 bottles of 2 liters of water for free with our groceries. Now I know what a life without brain fog is like. I've been living abroad for a few years, so I didnt know any better how bad this country tap water was for my own health even though it has great remarks (EU country btw). The water is literally HORRIBLE. I'll never go back to drinking tap water. No way.

Don't get me wrong, you got my attention and I watched all 19 minutes video, so that was a good job, but as i said, I would like more speaking from the guest and less speaking from your personal experience.
