I lost 60 lbs wave crouch cancelling for 148 hours straight, my IQ rose by 20 points and at the age of 30 I now have my first girlfriend: all I had to do was hold the left stick forward and tap the right stick down quickly.

Didn't get into Smash until recently, and coming from Tekken wasn't aware tilt stick was usable for crouch dashes in the first place. It feels better than leftside wavu on stick in Tekken now!

The regular dragon upper cut or downtilt I also thought because i did a upper cut i did it really wrong thanks for clearing that up. As for timing i can do it at the same time. I'm coming from tekken. I find using the c stick harder to do. And I'm using a game cube controller so it feels wonky trying to input wave dash manually. So I kinda use a combination of both. C stick to close the gap and manually enter it to execute attack.
@@bcohenjd ewgf with the c-stick? could be a few methods to try to accomplish that but im not sure how that would help. idk if it means to use the c-stick like i do in this video for the intial wavedash then press A like normal, or do the the "wavedash" without the c-stick then instead of pressing A you flick the c-stick.

Can anyone explain how to do an electric out of this? I always end up doing either a normal wgf or dragon uppercut. I can do ewgf normally but not out of the tech
One wave dash is ez but I can't get the rhythm for the continuous stream of wave dashes. I'm just not fast enough for that. The way you explained is basically how everyone on reddit explains it. Doesn't help me either since you don't explain how to do actual wave dashing, but ur just explaining how one wave dash works.
