French onion soup (French soupe à l'oignon) is a traditional French first course.
This pureed soup can be made by anyone.
Onion soup is rich in vitamins A, B, C, E and iron.
The vitamin and mineral composition of the soup helps reduce the risk of anemia, thins the blood and has a beneficial effect on kidney function.
Ingredients:
simmer 1 kg of onions for 15-20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally
flour 2 tbsp.
grated cheese 200 g
water or broth 800 ml
garlic 2-3 cloves
sugar 1 tsp.
vegetable oil 50 gr.
butter 100-150 gr.
bread (for croutons)
