I'm so glad you like it! I have some guitar/cello duos for these same players - let me know if you'd be interested. Otherwise I hope to come back to guitar in the next year or two!
Sorry for being such a fanboy, Elliot, but holy cow, this is just spectacular work. As a former classical guitar player myself, I just keep coming back to this piece (and this tour-de-force performance) every few weeks. It’s just such a profound, world-class composition for the guitar… challenging yet idiomatic, grounded in the repertoire’s tradition yet fresh and genuinely innovative, and musically totally engaging, beautiful, and full of drama and motion. I’m curious… I know you used to play guitar… are you able to play this work yourself? It looks extremely taxing in terms of right hand endurance. Did Jordan have any troubles with cramping or tendinitis in preparing this piece for performance?
Your music always inspires. What a gem!
Love this piece Elliot! Give the guitar community more!

The rosette on that guitar is almost beautiful as what's being played. Very Nice!
