How do u remove the oil plug? I have a vice grip and a 16 mm socket with a breaker bar and I’m having a hard time removing it. Please help!! Trying to do my very first oil change. Thanks!!

I didn't see any mention of an air filter, can you make a video of this?
Snow blowers don't have air filters. no dust in snow. If they put an air filter on, it will get filled with snow and choke out the engine.

Why would you run the engine before putting fresh oil in? How do you know what was in the old oil?
I check the oil level, when I do this I can see it is oil, how thick it is, how clean it is, I also been doing this for 42 years. Changing the oil without running it first and heating it up, is a waste of clean oil. I will explain for the people who don't understand one of the main reasons for an oil change. When oil sits in an engine for a bit with out running, all the contaminants fall to the bottom of the crankcase, if you don't start it first to mix the contaminants back into the oil, they will stay in the crankcase. So the new oil will be full of contaminants when you start it, this in turn will help the early demise of the engine. Thanks for watching.
17:47 Is Shell Octane 91 still Ethanol free? I thought all octanes in Canada now contained at least 10% Ethanol.
The last time I checked it was Ethanol free, it's also written on the pump (0% Ethanol). I will do a test and check. I did some research and most Shell 91 now has 10% Ethanol. Thanks for watching.
Amazing what people will toss out, while others will sell rusty old blower for $300.
In the grand scheme of things, I guess snowblowers are pretty much disposable, but, still, it's amazing how wasteful some people are.
You know they didn't just go back to a shovel, they shelled out one or two thousand on a new blower.
Although, some are even worse, some will toss out an Ariens like that, and then buy a new MTD or something like that, lol.
I used that blower all winter, worked good. Yesterday, I washed it and put it away for the summer. Yes, MTD's are poorly made, (plastic bushings everywhere). Thanks for watching.
