This is one of the many Darth Vader figures from Black Series I honestly want to have (and maybe the Kenobi one with the battle damaged helmet with exposed face), and the helmet problem vould have been solves with small magnets, but anyway, what a beautiful figure, this can be posed as well with the Starkiller figure.
cool man... yeah, I think this will be my Vader for my collection... I'll be selling off my ESB but might keep the Kenobi...
yeah that's cracked helmet Vader is so tempting...
I agree man, magnet or some form of effective tabbing mechanism... they were just lazy with the helmet... smh

Funny, I just got this earlier at my local toy store. An overall good figure except for the helmet. They should have extended the tab in the mask for more friction.

I’m still going to get this one. I have that original removable helmet Vader and this looks way better than that one. I’ll probably stick the old one in the bubble and display the card.

You know, I got this figure like last month, and funny enough, I don’t have that problem with the helmet. It stays on just fine. Lucky I guess.😀

determine first if you like the figure 100%
if yes, then check your available funds for purchasing the figure. then determine the maximum amount of funds you are willing to shell out for such a figure.
then you decide whether you can or should get this figure.
do not make a decision based on other people's opinion or hype... learn to discern whether to get a figure or not based on your standards.
I mean, it's not the end of the world if you're not able to purchase this figure...
Now that I’m looking into getting a Darth Vader I’m wondering which out of the 3 is best. During that lightsaber review did you not notice that the one with the chunky handle holds the blade funny? It very much looked that way in the video 😅
yeah I noticed that too, but for me this retro carded ROTJ version is my favorite and I sold off the other two...

I like this figure a lot, but I had to use sticky tack to keep his helmet on. Glad he has it, but it could be better.
yeah the loose helmet is the most annoying thing about this figure...

The EBS Vader is still the best one, it has all the articulation of modern BS figure plus double joint knees (can't understand why the new BS figures only have single joint knees that barely go pass 90) and the black eyes helmet looks better than the red eyes one, imo.
perhaps, but I like this one a lot better... I looked at the ESB Vader and the head sculpt just didn't sit well with me anymore after having the ROTJ Vader, so I sold off my ESB version...
