The problem with electric cars of Mahindra is that they haven't released an electric car with success. XUV 400 has many complaints, service centres unable to handle it. I have seen many owners in pathetic condition. But TATA is different. They know how to make real electric cars and maintain them. I own TATA tiago EV for 13 months. My experience is Excellent.
I agree with you however even Tata cars have more complaint frequent software glitch. I noticed in showroom display vehicle and top end vehicle bottom side the Orange wires are visible which is not covered that is really worry when you are travelling outside City. by mistake the bottom hit on the hump high chance of damaging. In rear seat three people cannot travel for long drive
@@Roopesh357 yes, I am aware of issues faced by TATA EV owners, but those issues are resolved within a reasonable time. In Mahindra, situation is different.
I am using Tiago EV for more than an year, luckily no issues till now.

Pathetic review… your body movement is horrible and feels unnatural
People should stay away from XUV400. Reason is that Mahindra went into partnership with VW and secured NMC cells from LG initially. Then LG discontinued manufacturing of NMC as it is inferior than LFP ( in most aspects and LFP is a lot safer). Once LG discontinued the NMC battery pack, Mahindra was stuck and it moved to a chinese battery maker Farasis to provide them the NMC battery pack. Mahindra itself have ditched NMC battery pack and their new INGLO platform is using LFP battery pack from BYD ( Blade Tech ). Hence, my suggestion is to keep distance from this particular car. How will they provide warranty/support 5-6 years down the line when they will be using LFP packs in all EVs.

These features are missing in XUV 400... Also I heard Mahindra is planning to move to NFL technology for the battery from 2025 I think this is for their upcoming luxury cars... If they are introducing same technology in XUV 400 then who is buying now are getting cheated
They should try making range close to 600 so that real world range will be 500
