If she's not on YOUR page, don't be afraid to walk. It will actually make you more attractive/high value in the end. #2: Work to get better at your job/career or find something more interesting to pursue. Don't settle for a job where you have to just grind...even if it pays well. #3 Watch the partying/booze. You're not a kid. Act like it. Alcohol and drugs (even taken responsibly) slowly steals from you. You need to keep an eye on it. Your health affects everything. Take care of it. Finally, DO NOT MARRY unless you want to start a family. If you do, choose wisely. A bad marriage can ruin you. But you already know all this from watching Red Pill content. Pass this advice along to younger men as you go through life and best of luck.

No Bullshit, this is a true question. There were 3 people who didnt know each other who had asked trough the last 2 years how it is that im so confident, and i always respond that im not confident i just dont care. Is that confidence or is this some kind of bitterness i wonder?
I relate to this. Through grade school, I was very hypersensitive to other people's opinion of me so I was reluctant to be assertive. Then, I had some bad experiences that I allowed to happen to me because of that lacking. So, I didn't necessarily start thinking more of myself, I just started getting more and more apathetic about other people's opinions of me. Like a laborer's hands becoming developing calluses, I got numb to offending other people when I wanted to speak out. I was also supposed that for every 1 person that thought I was a dick, I had at least five more who respected me for my newfound assertiveness and I like that ratio.
I struggle with anxiety and it’s kept me from obtaining the one thing missing from my life. I end up dating losers and train wrecks and am so over it. Been seeing a therapist for 2 plus years and it’s slightly better.

I’ve found that it’s important to take your time with women. They like to keep things moving-I saw this in a red pilled talk. You have lots of time-they don’t. Eventually all their ego issues become their achilles heel when they hit the wall.
Its actually weird that when you DO chase excellence...the ladies come. Its almost like they know from a 6th sense. How do you train approaching at home?
Pretty simple really, Richard teaches you young pups the right things. At work saw lady worth talking to. My workload and purpose filled my weeks so I didn’t sweat it. After about 6 months i started getting a handle on things and could start looking at freeing up a bit of time to take a closer look. She gave me lots of signals, but i stayed on my purpose until a couple of weeks ago. I casually from a position of plenty said that maybe we should get a coffee some time. Today she came up to me gave me a little note with my name and her number folded inside. She asked me to either text or phone. I said i will do either in a day or two. So now the fun begins. She is smart as a pin and shared so much with me in our little conversation. Going to go hiking this weekend and have me some fun!

We both enjoy gardening, walking and interesting discussion. Over a year into our relationship and it feels very comfortable and we respect each other’s space living in our own homes and balancing our free time.
he's doing well better than me, I'm 22, broke with like 1 friend. I'm not fat or anything, but struggling to build some money. Money seems to be the problem for me, as my family are broke as shit and won't be able to leave me anything at all.

No Bullshit, this is a true question. There were 3 people who didnt know each other who had asked trough the last 2 years how it is that im so confident, and i always respond that im not confident i just dont care. Is that confidence or is this some kind of bitterness i wonder?
I relate to this. Through grade school, I was very hypersensitive to other people's opinion of me so I was reluctant to be assertive. Then, I had some bad experiences that I allowed to happen to me because of that lacking. So, I didn't necessarily start thinking more of myself, I just started getting more and more apathetic about other people's opinions of me. Like a laborer's hands becoming developing calluses, I got numb to offending other people when I wanted to speak out. I was also supposed that for every 1 person that thought I was a dick, I had at least five more who respected me for my newfound assertiveness and I like that ratio.

I struggle with anxiety and it’s kept me from obtaining the one thing missing from my life. I end up dating losers and train wrecks and am so over it. Been seeing a therapist for 2 plus years and it’s slightly better.
I am 35. Low self esteem, low confidence, and social anxiety disorder all my life. Life is hell. Dating is impossible. I can't move things along with a woman to date her.

I would love to see you and Todd Valentine site down and just talk. If you don’t know him he was part of RSD and was a top coach there. He moved on and has starting his own branding. I mention this because you have brought up RSD in past videos.
I believe you would appreciate his style of approaching women and the mind frame it comes with. Also, he has very unique approach to his teaching method. It’s funny to say but he comes off very intellectual in his method of teaching how to approach women.

I’ve found that it’s important to take your time with women. They like to keep things moving-I saw this in a red pilled talk. You have lots of time-they don’t. Eventually all their ego issues become their achilles heel when they hit the wall.

Its actually weird that when you DO chase excellence...the ladies come. Its almost like they know from a 6th sense. Being 30 i said f it, lost 20lbs and got the 6 pack, started my own business while still doing my day job, ect. Now when i go out they flock. I feel like they can smell the fact that i have other priorities and goals than them.
They're like cats. When you walk straight at them and try to hold them, they run away. But when you just mind your own business and they're around, they creep up to you.

I read Rich's book recently and highly recommend it and I bought my first motorcycle.
Of all the influencers in this subject I like Rich the best, his demeanor is beyond reproach yet his message is what every father should be teaching his kids. Chase excellence? Do not be defined by women? Become the best version of yourself? Level up every area in your life you can control? I dare you to find any flaws with these teachings. We MEN have been unappreciated without true representation for too long. Rich is doing humanity a great service with his content.
Lately, I’ve been seeing so many cute girls with guys who are fat and/or unattractive that i’ve come to believe that confidence doesn’t come from muscles or looks. It all stems from self-acceptance and being ok with who you are.

I’m a crisis worker and use both alpha and beta skills. Kinda have to take charge and be non threatening at the same time. Women like talking to me because I navigate emotions well, but it’s a quick trip to the friend zone. Doesn’t bother me at the moment because I’m not ready for the drama. Sometimes women hold me in contempt when I demonstrate my emotional depth. Doesn’t bother me one bit, but I do recognize the need to man up when the time comes. I’m in no hurry, I’ve been through a lot and my career is bringing me to high value status. I attract and reject alpha females, and there’s no forgiveness there. My emotional side protects me from manipulation, I can beat them at their own game.
Hey Rich, Just a take on some of your oneitis comments. Imagine your a young guy you find a great gal and fall in love. As you begin your journey together she is supportive, kind and does all she can to help you with your goals. She doesn't nag at you and understands when your ambition keeps you working 60 hours a week. It's no time and you have children and she couldn't be a better mother to YOUR children. You look up and thirty years have gone by and she is still supportive and great. You've been able to chase your dream always knowing she will be there for you. Do you think a guy would have had a better life had he dumped this chick in his twenties ? I know your thinking "Dude that's one in a million" Well that's what happened to me. It can happen. That being said I tell every young guy I know check out Entrepreneurs in Cars. You hit the bulls eye most of the time. Maybe I found an old fashion gal who understood if you support your man you are supporting your family. That seems to be a thing of the past.

Talk to the checkout operators of super markets. Hell man you can talk to random fellow patrons at supermarts. Working retail or in person customer service is the best way imo to loose the shyness of talking to girls. One thing to always keep in mind treat all women the same whether you think they're good looking or not, skinny or not

I'm 44 with my house paid off. Have three nice cars all paid off, great job, no debt and plenty of $ in the bank. My notch count is only one. Ladies have always turned me down saying the same exact things every time no matter the chick, no matter the age. They need a man that's highly educated, who has a really good job such as, doc, coorp manager, gov worker etc. They are also big on the six foot thing and he can't be more than three years older or younger. Plus he always has to vote blue. So I landed a trailer park chick in my 30's once. Got rid of the v card but also have no dating experience and clearly no smv. I'm 5'11' so I'm too short, fit but semi muscular also. Not the build or height any lady wants.
No fap is just an extension of discipline and not putting the tail on a pedestal. It's great for many things including longevity.

I'm not shy in any way. I approach ladies all the time at venues, events geared towards singles and so on. Once I accepted the facts on my smv is zero and my chances are zero I began not to care what any lady thinks. I still chat in hopes of maybe I'll learn something, idk. I do know my vocabulary is very wide and I travel often so I can talk about so many parts of the country and so many epic places I've been. My hobbies are very wide range also.
