High protein, low carb, low fat and large volume has been working for me this year. I'm down 15kg of fat according to InBody scan that I've been going to every other month. As I've increased my distance running training I've sligthly increased my carbs while weight/bodycomp remains the same. Don't train without fueling, as they say. Some veggies and fruits are somewhat more expensive where I live but as I eat less, my bank balance is happy 😄 Thinking back I think my biggest issue was all the fat in various foods.

Thanks for sharing 🙌 As for itself all macros has it's purposes so in right amount and proportion it's one of the keys for body health but at the same time, in wrong configuration can be detrimental.
I used to follow high protein, moderate fat and relatively low carb diet before starting to sprint. Now due to my activity change, I still stick to high protein and I also increased my carb and fat intake while sticking to the maintenance 🙌
