With the Carrera GT being one of my favorite cars ever, I'm so happy this thing exists and is as good as it is, it's a really good successor for the GT.

THe CGT has more real top speed, in Brazil few years ago a stock CGT reach more than 217mp/h on a test and more than one time in the same event

Not very comfy in the road though. Seats way too upright and the ride brittle. LaFerrari was the best of the 3 on the road, though the Porsche was the fastest on the track.
Love the sound of the Porsche 918 spiders engine! It's also great at acceleration
Remembering the _Top Gear_ and _Grand Tour_ "Unholy Trinity," and the contest between the 918, the Ferrari LaFerrari, and the McLaren P1, I will *STILL* take the Porsche, though far less for its top speed than for its incredibly deft and agile character.
Still, a LOT of fun to see the Spyder make an honest-to-goodness top speed run. Thanks for that!

The first test of the 918 on this channel was 218 mph and the gt2 rs went 219 and I feel these Porsches are capable of going 220

214 mph is indeed impressive but I expected something around 220 which I think was possible if weather conditions were a little better.
That's actually the top speed of the 918. Porsche put a speed limiter in it.

I think the video you’re talking about is by Porsche. It went flat out in the outback and read 350km/h (217mph) on the speedometer. Problem is that isn’t GPS speed, like in this video.
Great content, would be amazing to a LaFerrari or a SF90 on the same 2.3 miles test , especially if they are without the electronic speed limiter
