@no capitalsSome electric cars have fake sound because they are so quiet, I remember hearing a few years ago that car companies could / will start making unique sounds for the electric cars and then be able to sell or have multiple "sounds" added the electric cars. For example, if Ferrari could make a V12 sound through the speakers, they could trademark the sound and sell it similar to buying music on your phone or ring tones. That would create a whole new market for the electric car industry. Then speaker technology would most likely improve as to make sure the sound is loud enough on the outside and crisp.
@no capitals thats what im saying lol. Im getting a supercar and some sort of offroad vehicle as well like you said. I just feel like at some point it won't make sense to buy an electric car like a Tesla when they become fully autonomous and just drive you everywhere, along with updates similar to a cellphone where it just seems like a new type of" entertainment" but it just seems like you have to have rhe newest upgrade to be relevant until you eventually have an old enough car to where they can't apply anymore updates like how the 1st iPhone can't be upgraded anymore, forcing you to get the new one

@THE HOAX OF BLACK VICTIMIZATION! Yeah, the SF90 costs $200,000 more, is hybrid and has AWD, so of course it won the quarter. It has a 1000 HP, it should've won the roll races as well. It didn't.
Watch the times, SF90 only wins in 0-60 after that Mclaren is faster in every set of speed and faster trap speed in quarter a mile, I believe from this data I can conclude 765LT wins on proper drag strip since it can do 0-60 low 2s also the same as SF90
Roll races like this, you need an auto shifter that shift when it’s at the limiter, taking out driver errors. For AMG cars, I can use “Race” mode to roll race, and it gives me instant torque and shift for me... computer shift > human shift.
@@OmarHussainiROW not automatic. Automatic doesn’t give you instant torque/pull or have you sit at high enough rev. Also it may not wait until red line to shift.
@@arelaththewhitewolf230 waiting till redline isn’t the best way anyway? Some cars make peak power before redline so it would make sense to change earlier
@@HarryG98 you’re mistaken... it’s not about peak power.. most cars make peak power at lower RPM then red line, that doesn’t mean you have to shift on that RPM. Each gear has their power band and speed. If you at 20mph and at 7th gear, you won’t make any power.

Even the odds with a few bolt-ons and the 765LT may even catch the SF90 from a dig without the aid of AWD and electric motor torque.

146 trap speed for the sf90 on the street? That’s pretty close to the McLaren trap speed, plus gets off the line faster. I have a feeling the sf90 will edge out the McLaren on the dragstrip with a 9.2 or 9.3, should be very close.
After all these years being destroyed in drag races. Now they have a car that can run drag races. But it's still being destroyed in roll races and at tracks. I don't think it has any chance against the top dogs like GT2RS MR, GT Black series and Senna. But of course they will get those PR tricks and lawsuits ready to prevent any real lap times being exposed so that their fans can dream.
@@jamisonz3365 wtf, the gt2rs isn’t even a production car, and the pista broke several track records before the senna came along, 812 is the quickest front engine car in the world, and now the sf90 is, apart from the 488gtb every Ferrari delivered
Great races, these are both INSANELY fast!! SF90 from dig and 765LT from a roll. 765 might have it on a prepped surface on the quarter but could go either way... Personally i'd have the McLaren for the superior driver engagement and rawness, its also much better looking in my eyes.
I mean, the 488 Pista was already crushing everything on a race track until the 765LT, and the 488 GTB won MotorTrend’s best driver’s car award back in 2017, so Ferrari have been pretty competitive for awhile now.
Not really Ferrari lost the plot since new CEO came with his greedy money making plans...... Gone the times of amazing 458 and F12 which were dominant and Mclaren had no chance against (not everything about speed)....... SF90 2X price of an F8 to lose against 765LT lol, its 4WD and needs batteries to be charged for full power that lasts one normal lap and cant finish nurburging lap with 1000hp......... Like chris harris said "Its not a great Ferrari"
Ferrari have been competitive for a while now... Out of the 911 Turbo S (991), Huracán LP610-4, 650S and 488 GTB, it’s the Ferrari that’s the quickest on track. Straight line it’s the 650S. With their track versions, it’s closer between the 911 GT2 RS (991.2) and 488 Pista, but the Pista takes more victories on track. In a straight line, it’s the 488 Pista. As for the 911 Turbo S (992), Huracán LP640-4 Evo, 720S and F8 Tributo, the Ferrari is competitive on track and straights. It has better traction than the 720S too. Straight line it’s slight slower, but is quicker than the AWD cars. My point is Ferrari have never been the slowest. Even the 812 Superfast is quicker than the Aventador LP740-4 S in straights and around the track. And they have won engine of the year awards consistently since 2011. They make the best engines. So Ferrari are definitely competitive.
How? 765LT was winning the roll races, so has more power to weight and good gearing. Drag races are meaningless in comparing these cars but 765LT still puts down good 1/4 and high trap speed considering its RWD.

@no capitals I would probably use the Tesla as a daily driver, however I still love ice cars. I have to have the sound! The speed is nice but for me cars are all about the experience. As electric cars become more mainstream I'm sure they will be more fun as well.

In the roll race, much rev limiter in the change of gear in the SF90
Roll races like this, you need an auto shifter that shift when it’s at the limiter, taking out driver errors. For AMG cars, I can use “Race” mode to roll race, and it gives me instant torque and shift for me... computer shift > human shift.
I heard that too. All he had to do was put the SF90 in auto mode and it probably would've done better.
