    Also that’s crazy how you did your helms deep video on an iPhone! I animate on my iPhone rn so now my goal is to make something look as good as that!

      BossKingLegoProductions, thank you so much! I was a little nervous that this type of video might shock people into not being interested, so it’s really nice to know that there are people out there that get excited for it :)
      And, yes I did animate my Helm’s Deep video without my Sony a5000 camera which made it a little challenging to get certain shots, but it’s really all about how you set up and position your camera not so much what type of camera you have.
      I’m really happy you enjoyed it!

      That’s awesome that you found it helpful!
      For writing scripts I’ve only recently started doing it on my computer which is MUCH better than handwriting it like what I used to do. I do find it’s nice to take occasional breaks from the script just to refresh the mind. 👍

    Good work! I like the editing here! I also use a IPhone Camara and it works really well for me and the quality is by excellent but it work for me! Thanks for the great tutorial!

      Thank you! I mentioned this to someone else, but it doesn’t matter what camera you’re using. What matters is how you position your camera for shots and use it to your advantage which I know you do because I’ve seen some of your videos

      Movies and other media are perfect places to draw inspiration from! I do that all the time, and the second I get an idea I make sure to put it in my notes on my phone just in case I happen to forget.

    Thank you so much for this!! This was very helpful and I'm glad to see someone using a Sony a5000!! I'm trying to use my Sony a6000 for stop motions and this give a lot of hope for my future vids!!

      That’s awesome, man! I’m not familiar with the a6000, but my camera is definitely worth it. So, I imagine yours is pretty good as well! I hope you’re able to easily learn how the camera operates and all of its settings. If you’re having trouble with not knowing what ISO, Aperture, and other components like that are I highly recommend watching Onbeatman’s latest video if you haven’t already. Best of luck 👍

    The top one thing I hate about using an iPhone for stop motion animation is probably the low battery like every time I need to make a Stop Motion one minute later 10 percentage like come on man

      I’ll just quickly say that when you are recording for lines you should try to be in a small room (maybe a closet). But honestly, a tutorial on how to do voices would be a great idea. Thanks!

      Sure thing! I use Hitfilm for all my visual effects and sound editing. If there’s any other equipment questions you have, I always have a list of what tools I use in my descriptions.

      Ok so I was actually going to put a little segment in this video where I talked about how I couldn’t find it either. For whatever reason it’s not on the App Store anymore. But, the Stop Motion app (free version) is a great substitute. I actually used that for my recent The Child video to test out the app’s capabilities, and it works quite nicely.
