Crispy chicken legs in the oven

INGREDIENTS
8 chicken drumsticks about 2 lb
2 Tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425 degree F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking oil. Set aside.
Pat them dry with paper towels. Place into a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Add oil oil and toss to coat.
In a small bowl combine seasonings. Add to bag and toss until chicken is coated.
Place drumsticks on the baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 45 -60 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees or higher.

Why not !! Sweet potato takes about 45 to 60 minutes in the oven, just like the chicken. 😊

@@wandasopchak6453 hey there, I didn’t add any but the original recipe asks for pepper. It’s all what you prefer.

180 degrees will dry it out. Will not be good.

I bake this at 425 F it comes out perfect not dried out. Crispy on outside moist on inside.
