BTW. it's possible to turn any Andorid phone to IP Webcam like DroidCam, Iriun Webcam etc I don't know about iPhone but even old crappy Blackberry can and does have autofocus. No cables needed if you add gimbal or phone stand then you can actually make movies using OBS or whatever. Multiple shoots same time just by using old obsolete phones.. no webcam needed. No offence Opal.
While my lenovo webcam has atrocious white balance, it is very sharp, when ever I'm on call with mac users, with their mac webcams, mac mics or pods of air, they always look very bad and sound very bad (multiple call softwares).
it still looks like the tech in these cameras are so old...where is the optical stabilisation? where are the wide and zoom features? so many still missing...
