Oh yes. Real skill is a joy to watch, especially at the highest level. And I totally agree "not just [...] spamming crosses/longballs". Racking up goals like that is not worth a highlights reel. Nor is a retrospective of penalties. But when Sanchez had a chance to dazzle, it was (certainly in my opinion) superb.

@@mrfantastic2427 difference is alexis was more skilled and versatile
I’ve also noticed that, although Sanchez was a true goal scorer, anytime he scored he still go back and his teammate created that chance for him, which shows true leadership
We won’t see a player like him at the emirates for some time. He was incredible
Don’t think we will at all
I think the only player I can liken to him Sanchez is Martinelli here at arsenal
nha saka@@dycolonythegem
If he can improve his decision making @@dycolonythegem
@@dycolonythegem lol martinelli is good, but he isnt even half the player sanchez was for arsenal
Most of his magnificent goals were against big teams what a player he was.
He did world class goals. He got angry when the team didnt fight. He never gave up. The assists and all The running. He gave Everything with Arsenal ❤❤❤ so many memories. Thank you Arsenal, Wenger and Alexis Sanchez ❤❤❤
I always love when a player scores and they immedietly look and point to the player who assisted them. Sanchez was amazing but he seemed humble enough to know that the people around him helped him be that player.
This is the definition of a world class player.
Bro ruined his career by joining Manchester united 😢
Haven't they all
@@AbhirajRoy-p2iThat’s why we hate Man U. They took Sanchez and Van Persie. And for what? Disgusting team. Hope they get relegated. They ruined people like Sanchez and lukaku and even Onana right now.
@@AbhirajRoy-p2iwhat r u talking about
But you would still take him home in a heartbeat. Legend
Bro ruined Manchester United by joining 😂
Sanchez was a breath of fresh air in an Arsenal shirt. No matter how he left, he will always be a Legend in my heart. Sanchez playing style was just too unique
Best player I've seen live.. 💯
I miss him so much, we really need a player ruthless like him in this arsenal squad right now.
Meanwhile they just became the first team in English football history to win three consecutive away matches by 5+ goals.
@@NatrixHasYou yea just imagine our team now when we add a lethal striker upfront!
Best player of the Emirates era.
No matter how he petered out before he left for Yanited, his first 2 years were EXPLOSIVE. Superhuman most times.
Better then fabregas or van persie?
@@aqx1545 yes, Fabregas was never superhuman.
And RVP had 1 great year outta 7 injury ravaged years then fucked off to Yanited. Also both didn't win shit.
@@-Moopointno 🤷
Sanchez ability to read where the ball would fall and be there in those scrappy, jammy goal mouth moments is perhaps the best I've ever seen. This on top of his electrifying ability - what a player
Watching Alexis play is one of the BEST things you could ever do. Greetings from Vinyadel Marh, Georgia
😂
Not only a great athlete, he’s a great person and an example for young kids that wanna be something in sports in our country, our national hero for sure🥰
When people say "world class player" this is the level of quality they should be at. It's sad to see fewer players like this nowadays.
His composure was absolutely insane
Most underrated winger of all time
Maaaaaan, seeing his footwork when the ball gets under his feet to get it out is deft. Brilliant stuff.
How I wish we could have him back to complete his 100 goals for Arsenal. That will sealed his name in the books of the Arsenal Legends.
They don't make players like Alexis anymore. An attacker who runs like a rabid dog after each and every loose ball and also having the technical skill to bamboozle opponents. Truly one of a kind. It's a shame he left Arsenal to United. He could've been much much more.
Alexis Sanchez Baby! Indonesian Gunners here, proud of you always. Please come home, legend
I am Chilean and most of my compatriots would like to see him finish his career at Arsenal❤️🙏🏽🇨🇱
Man imagine being one of the shortest players in the PL scoring headers humiliating giant defenders
Vs the Orcs of Burnley none the less 😂
Greetings from Chile. We love Alexis here too. Although i have never seen it in person. Great Alexis Sanches.
Alexis was a beacon of hope during a rough time for gunners. Broke my heart when he went to manu. Miss watching him play
Him and Cazorla were my favorite emirates era players, shame that we couldnt win the league with that squad. What a player and What a team!!
Things really fell apart after Cazorla got injured. Before that Injury It felt like the team was finally ready to compete for a major trophy.
Deserved a PL Title . . . Martinelli has to see this Highlights and work on Finishing
Gave a lot when we struggled everywhere. Kept gunners as contenders. Thank you Alexis for giving so many great moments.
The best player we've had since Thierry left. Up there with Messi & Ronaldo in his prime, man was absolutely unstoppable.
A player of undeniable talent.
This guy was just different gravy, he made me fall in love with football and arsenal
Absolute monster of a player. A joy to watch in the Arsenal shirt.
Sanchez was a true goal scoring machine…
Until he joined united
Not just scoring goals he did everything at Arsenal even defending
He wasn't tho was he. He just wasn't. A blind man could tell you that.
100%
only 63 would suggest otherwise not in same league as van persie, suarez, torres, anelka, drogba etc etc etc
He scored the best goals against the best team what a Legend
Goals 38-40 probably best modern hattrick in Prem. 2016-18 Sanchez, Hazard, Ozil and Coutinho was a blessing to watch. Now we just have KDB, Silva and a few old school gems who are truly gifted on the ball (not just pace or spamming crosses/longballs) but man those 4 attacking midfielders were insane, I support Arsenal but watched every Chelsea and Liverpool game so I could see Hazard and Coutinho rip defences apart.
Man say coutinho 😂😂😂😂😂

It was a great pleasure to watch him play for Arsenal! Always entertaining!
The fact that he appreciates almost every assist just shows the type of human he is... top top player and personality
this guy was the Henry for the younger generation arsenal fans
Sanchez and Aubameyang.
V@@Mussa.Hauba naaah, Alexis the BEST far🤷
@@stereo9922 yes i agree, sanchez is better than aubameyang. What i was trying to say is that aubameyang is disrespected, because he was the difference maker for a long time just like sanchez and henry.
A tremendous player for Arsenal. It's a pity Arsenal didn't have the defense they have presently back then
This guy did literally everything on the pitch. He's so underrated.
¡Qué increíbles jugadas de Sánchez! Pura emoción y belleza.
He's a football Icon, no doubt.
No joke he was unreal with the number of a striker crazy
This is why Sanchez is the best, he didn't over dribble, quick decision making when to pass or take a shot, Martinelli should do the same way
Martinelli should go watch videos of Sanchez to learn a thing or two. He has all the attributes to be as good as Sanchez, if not better. All he has to do is learn how to fully utilise his immense talents.
Alexis did lose the ball alot but u know he was always gonna produce but definitely my favorite player to watch all day long
Maybe martinelli will get there with age and maturity, sanchez was in his prime for us, while martinelli is still improving
Over dribbled plenty but made up for it with his game changing abilities.
Maravilla Sánchez .. eres un súper crack Alexis!! Pedazo de Goles
What a wonderful player he was, still the best of the Emirates era in my opinion (with honorable mentions to Cesc and RVP). He had everything: energy, skill, strength, vision, determination. So many outrageously fine goals: his hattrick against West Ham on 3 December 2016 is up there with the best ever in the Premier League. Loved him, and he's always my answer to the question "which player from the last decade would you want to add to the current Arsenal squad?" A league winner's medal would have been no more than he deserved.
I have said it many times, I would love PRIME Sanchez in this current Arsenal team! He's exactly what we are missing. Just imagine subbing G.Jesus and bringing on A.Sanchez or vice versa
He got better G/A stats when Leicester won the league and Mahrez won the POTY. He got better G/A stats when Chelsea won the league and Hazard won the POTY. Feel sorry to Alexis as an Arsenal fan, the club let him down.
How'd the club let him down when they promised to make him the main man and surrounded him with natural 10's and a forward he could link with? There's a reason he flopped at United.
more of a hard worker out of possession than either, too. He was the best player in the premier league those two years, no question.
@@juuglord8509 they gave him a club with no defensive solidity, a midfield that couldn't recover possession to save their lives, and no proper pressing besides for what he himself was doing
@@WhereIsTheIntruder He wasn't forced to join the club against his will, he knew what he signed up for and despite all those weaknesses that side still gave him the platform to go on and do what he did.
@@juuglord8509 He signed up for a club which at least appeared to have a project to compete - they had just signed Özil and there were signs they were trying to gey back the the glory days of the aughts. But Arsenal those years ended up being in the last moribund stages of Wenger's tenure and did nothing serious to really challenge for the league or Europe despite having plenty of talent - they needed to fill a couple of holes and never did. Which is why he got out. Sadly, he went to a club with an even worse future which ruined his form and the last years of his prime.
He was and still is my fav. Arsenal player of the Emirates era. But my heart broke when he went to Man Utd.

This is the Arsenal I fell in love with. Wenger ball was beautiful. 👏

Half of these goals aren't even chances, he just makes something out of nothing to make a goal. Cracked player.
I was telling my brother that this is a player who was not given his due... He is truly one of the best players in history. He is a golden boy.
