With a vet, they could easily gravitate towards one guy and leave everyone else behind. As a pack fan, I can say that we have 3-4 guys that could be the number one option this year. Thats beautiful.
Packers barely upgraded at their weak points AND they have a new defensive coordinator. That’s a pretty big unknown imo. The new defensive coordinator also wants to play more man on man coverage. Being 100% honest. Jordan Morgan as the 1st round pick was a stretch. There were other guys who absolutely should have been picked ahead of him and GB passed on them. Morgan is going to be a developmental prospect and the 1st round should be for guys who can step in and play in their 1st season.

RB: great when there, but there less than half the time. O line: definition of mid. Defense: subpar all the way around. Special teams: below average. Love was not elevated at all by his team, it was completely the other way around.
7/10 seems insane to consider as great as this team looked down the stretch.. honestly this only happens if there are MULTIPLE major injuries to positions with little depth... Like if Love goes down early or their tackles go down then maybe... otherwise 10/7 is the floor.

First half of last season packer fans saw a 3-6 start where each of those 6 losses were 1 or 2 big plays away from turning into a win. Then Lafluer opened up the playbook, put it in Love's hands and said "go win us some games". And he did. Did much better without training wheels than he did with. Now, flash forward to this season. Offensive side is slightly better, and no training wheels for any games. Defense, heavily improved. Faster ball hawking in the middle of the secondary. Jaiere is one of the best corners in the league. Stokes and Valentine will be better under Heafley. Luke VanNess starting opposite Rashad Gary will give offensive tackles nightmares. Special teams is still an unknown. But that said even if it was as bad as last year and everything else is improved as I said, how is your floor lower than where they finished last year? Floor, 11-6. Ceiling 15-2.

7/10 seems insane to consider as great as this team looked down the stretch.. honestly this only happens if there are MULTIPLE major injuries to positions with little depth... Like if Love goes down early or their tackles go down then maybe... otherwise 10/7 is the floor.
They had that happen last season everywhere but QB. Most of their OL missed time at some point in the season. And WRs were a revolving door

This is horrible writing, written by someone who only saw numbers on a sheet and never actually watched the games. First half of last season packer fans saw a 3-6 start where each of those 6 losses were 1 or 2 big plays away from turning into a win. Then Lafluer opened up the playbook, put it in Love's hands and said "go win us some games". And he did. Did much better without training wheels than he did with. Now, flash forward to this season. Offensive side is slightly better, and no training wheels for any games. Defense, heavily improved. Faster ball hawking in the middle of the secondary. Jaiere is one of the best corners in the league. Stokes and Valentine will be better under Heafley. Luke VanNess starting opposite Rashad Gary will give offensive tackles nightmares. Special teams is still an unknown. But that said even if it was as bad as last year and everything else is improved as I said, how is your floor lower than where they finished last year? Floor, 11-6. Ceiling 15-2.

I personally say 9-8 again but they are more talented than the record would indicate. They just lose close games to good teams next season but still put up numbers.
