What would you say rent would be for a single person looking for 1b1b or studio? Also how is the communit to FT Meade's from there? Would you recommend another area around FT Meade instead?
Hi Zehao, thank you for watching my videos. I don't work with rental apartments but there are many great areas within a short commute to Fort Meade. Columbia is a short commute to Ft Meade but Odenton and Hanover are good options as well.
Same boat. Cheapest 1 bedrooms I've found are running around $1200. Glen Burnie seems to have the more cheaper apartments. What I did was go on Google maps and search apartments. Then clicked on their websites to see availability and price. Best of luck!

And if you have an HOA or condo association fee, that’s another expense. I’ve been living in Columbia since 2005 and LOVE IT. 🥰
Good point! Some of the condo assoc fees can be surprisingly high.
