I have all intentions on moving to Maryland. Remember visiting Columbia Maryland when I was younger. Think it should be a different inviroment for me. If not Philly is my next choice. Would like to see photos of updated new town homes. Very spaces three or four beds.

Thank you for sharing this video, very helpful, informative and just overall down to earth with your delivery. I am considering moving to Columbia MD with my family. Thank you
Thanks for watching! If I can help at all, feel free to reach out anytime :)
I actually just moved to Hanover MD and looking for an office space in the Columbia area.
Very cool! How are you liking it here? If you need any help on the residential side, I'm always available :)
would you recommend this town for a 22 year old? or is it mainly families or retired people?
I think it's great for young people. Good mix of urban and suburban living!
It’s better if you’re a big family type really.
I wouldn't move to Columbia, long time Md resident. Columbia has really gone down, gangs, more crime, more traffic. The residents are really rude and not friendly. They feel very entitled. I worked in this town for 30 years. If you have a home you can't renovate or even paint or add a deck or fence without approval from CA. You do have that extra tax. The walking trails are not to safe, lot of purse and cell phone snatches. Car jackings are up. Stay away form Owen Brown area, high crime. The Mall is not a safe place either. Use to work near by and always something going on. Traffic is so bad as with all of Howard County. Just my thoughts, you really have to decide if you wanna live in this planned communities with all the rules, extra taxes, high crime, high traffic, high cost of living and rude people.
That’s not entirely true, I’ve lived here since 2018 and I myself haven’t seen or experienced any of what you mention here.
I live there for 18 years and never experienced that either , however I will say that it has gone down hill some but Columbia is still one of most ideal communities to raise a family in the US. Also there are many friendly people in Columbia !
Are you joking? Gangs? Lmfao. What a joke this guy is.
I don’t which part of Columbia you lived in but it is a very friendly and peaceful city
