What does it mean to be touristy? It means taxicab drivers who are scalpers; it means pickpockets, kitschy souvenir items, messy roadside vendors selling baduy t-shirts, streets littered with budget tourists like they have in those overrated tourist cities in the Philippines, certainly we don't have these, because what you see in ILOILO are quality tourists who live the life. The nicest city in the VISAYAS? Are you sure of that. That is why Iloilo City is not among the top ten tourist city in the Philippines. If you watch the video of their downtown then may be you will change your mind. Cebu is the best as a whole for me. Many things to offer and very diverse. The landscape of the mountains of the City of Cebu is better than Baguio and it has resorts within the Metro. LMAO. That is why Cebu is the number one tourist destination in the Philippines.
