    I just watched this video for the second time, how you attached the lid 'under' the shoulder straps, so very smart. I also really like the 'new' style of pockets. Very sharp - up to date - stylish! Very high ended stuff here. Great job Tony

    Gorgeous design and well made. I am curious to know why you did not use any glue at all. I tend to like to glue every join and seem for longevity. Thank you for this video. I am looking to make a bag of some kind as my next project. so any advice you have would be appreciated. I missed most of the written directions you made so I will watch it again lol. • @clydecox2108
      @clydecox2108 4 года назад

      Reset the % on your printer until you have the size you need. I would think anyway. Because I like the design but want it to be bigger.

    • @enki2958
      @enki2958 3 года назад

      Another way would be to just print out the pattern and then look for a copyshop where you can copy it upscaled to a3 format. That way it would at least be 1.5 times the size of the pattern.

    quick tip.. When cutting using a ruler place the ruler on your piece so if your knife slips your piece is protected by the ruler and you won't destroy your work.

  • @zhitingchiang656

    If the front side could be designed more functional, just as the front pocket something like that, that would be great!!

    • @enki2958
      @enki2958 3 года назад

      Why not convert the front straps from buckle into press-on fastener system? It would be safe too and much easier to handle.

  • @elenneth

    On the template the two strings that you use for the side pockets on 9:27 are missing. Why is that?

    • @johnh5008
      @johnh5008 4 года назад

      I can confirm this, except replace "strings" with "straps". I am making this bag right now and the straps that attach to the side pocket flaps are not in the plans. I took a different strap template (the one for the front flap) and made it a bit shorter.
