I LOVE THIS DESIGN! All the curves, all the folds, magnifique!
I just watched this video for the second time, how you attached the lid 'under' the shoulder straps, so very smart. I also really like the 'new' style of pockets. Very sharp - up to date - stylish! Very high ended stuff here. Great job Tony
Gorgeous, as always! Love your work.
Great job Tony.
This is beyond incredible.
Fain rucsacul!Mult spor in continuare!
Excellent video again!
Beautiful!
You have just made me want to start another art. I'm already an artist but this is awesome I also custom design clothing.
Gotta luv those mini anvil's.
Excellent 👌
Шикарное изделие!!!!!👍👍
Great job!
Oh! Que buen trabajo, elegante y original super kuqui
Excelente trabajo 👌
awesome video
Sweet! Well done.
Gorgeous beauty!! To sit here and watch you make this is mind-blowing. You are a Master Craftsman. Congratulations.
Gorgeous design and well made. I am curious to know why you did not use any glue at all. I tend to like to glue every join and seem for longevity. Thank you for this video. I am looking to make a bag of some kind as my next project. so any advice you have would be appreciated. I missed most of the written directions you made so I will watch it again lol. I was too busy watching your techniques lol
:-) so we could actually add an inside pocket/compartment with that second aesthetically pleasing stitch for a small laptop pocket!
@nitekore Men what kind of leather you work with, everything is beautiful
How do you oil and prepare leather? I can't find any information about it in this video or in your channel? Thank you for tutorials.
I am impressed by your awesome backpack 🎒😍
Where can I buy the pattern and metal rivets?
His patterns are on etsy
QUE BUENO ESTE TRABAJO.
Just bought this pattern today! My wife wants me to make it one cross body strap instead of two normal straps.
backpack super
Super! Can the drawings of this backpack, please?
what type of leather did you use for this one?
beautiful job btw
At 7:18 on video 6oz Red Latigo
Молодец... красота
Quick question, what's the process you used to make the outer edges of the leather darker than the rest?
He used leather Edge colour. Most probably black or dark Brown.
what kind of thread do you use?
Are the side pocket flap straps located down near D4 on the pattern sheet? They dont have sew holes and dont want to use wrong ones.
please message me on Etsy and i will be happy to help
I’d be interested in a link to those corner punches. I can’t seem to find any that aren’t $25-45 per punch 8-O
Check half round cutter punch on amazon
Are you have full tutorial for this backpack?
I love this bag, but I’m a pretty big guy. How would I go about augmenting the dimensions to make it bigger. Is it just simple multiplication?
Reset the % on your printer until you have the size you need. I would think anyway. Because I like the design but want it to be bigger.
@@clydecox2108 thanks man. I thought that would work, but it seemed way too easy to be true.
I don't know for sure but it works when I need something downsized
Another way would be to just print out the pattern and then look for a copyshop where you can copy it upscaled to a3 format. That way it would at least be 1.5 times the size of the pattern.
quick tip.. When cutting using a ruler place the ruler on your piece so if your knife slips your piece is protected by the ruler and you won't destroy your work.
Hi! sure its thickness is 2.4mm?
why the extra straps on the back of the back pack. what would they be used for?
If the front side could be designed more functional, just as the front pocket something like that, that would be great!!
Why not convert the front straps from buckle into press-on fastener system? It would be safe too and much easier to handle.
Please forgive my ignorance. The backpack is beautiful, but what is the purpose of those panels attached to the front of the bag?
design choice. no practical purpose . And they can be left out if you dont like them
@@DieselpunkRo thank you for replying!
What are the corsets for?
I wonder that too. Would be great if they are for actual use.
I wonder what software is used to make model and then convert to flat pattern.
*ahem* try measuring it out BY HAND , dopey, as has been done for HUNDREDS OF YEARS , eejit !
@@saemushailstorm3135 I still hunt for stitching holes adjustment techniques to have them properly and coaxially placed while making pattern. Measuring by hands, eh? Well, i.e. facemask: what and how to measure to have it's pattern made of a whole piece of leather and stitched with only one seam instead of few parts? ^_^
On the template the two strings that you use for the side pockets on 9:27 are missing. Why is that?
I can confirm this, except replace "strings" with "straps". I am making this bag right now and the straps that attach to the side pocket flaps are not in the plans. I took a different strap template (the one for the front flap) and made it a bit shorter.
How many square feet of leather required for the red backpack please
Alot
about 13
What is the cost to make something like this assuming no existing tools or materials?
It really depends of the type of leather you Buy.
@@StereoPTassuming similar leather as this?
@@ListenandLearnEnglish I saw on WeaverLeatherSupply, a similar Leather for 255$.
With that leather one should be able to make 2 Bags, so we are looking at 125$ each Bag (Leather Only).
@@StereoPT ouch. Thanks for the info. Would still need basic tools too and materials.
this leather cost me 40 eur a square meter.
👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Tony good work can you please make a simple laptop bag with two compartments.. i want to buy the patterns i have already bought one.
😍😍😍😍😍😍💪💪💪💪💪👌👍
💞💗👩💻💸
Nice work...can’t stand the music though!
Actually, just scrolled ‘till the end to see the final work because this time the music sucked big time. Still a fan!
hit that mute button and play your own music. easy fix
Would be better without music
hit the mute button, problem solved
@@DieselpunkRo don't know if you are going to say something during the video. I know that a mute button is. If you want more viewers might want to listen to what they have to say.
@@dalebaker9788 i do want more viewers but i can definitely live without a few.
@@DieselpunkRo as you wish
@@dalebaker9788 no offence, but you are complaining you dont like the music, you suggest a toon everyone will like and we both gonna be billionaire in a fortnight
