Sitting here with my first puppy ever and he’s a boxer 🥰 3 months old and I’ve had him for 3 days now and I’m in love 😍 ❤️ I’m new to the channel and I love learning all things boxers right now
I have a five year old female boxer which is the sweetest with humans… she hates small dogs. And now I have an eight month old puppy which is a challenge, he is having training and he is well socialised, but he has crazy crazy energy! That brought me here.
Favorite breed! I grown up with boxers and they're the best, very caring and protective when I was small. We decided to take one of my one with my boyfriend. She's two years old and had such fun and sweet temper and is super easy . It's absolute joy to have her.. She's super friendly and excited with people she loves BUT she's super scared of KIDS, and is very suspicious with strangers... (it's getting a bit better as she grow) As I live in town, next to 3 schools and take her everywhere with me, do you have any tips on how to make her feel more confortable around them? She pulls like crazy when she's scared and I would love for her to feel more confident and less stress since everyday she's confronted to what scares her everyday. Thank you! :)
Does a boxer drool a lot? Also does it have odour issues? I prefer a lesser coat and a dog that can be a guard dog. Could you please suggest which one should I go for between a lab and a boxer?
6th fact about boxer. If you had one and you raised him to be perfect in every way you can become boxer psychofan. And you will have only boxers through your entire life :D
My Boxer can herd sheep🐑🐑 and if we are in the forest, he always finds boars🐗 and brings them to me,😵🤯 he also likes to hunt deer, we never go to the forest anymore 😅
They are an awesome breed!!! Question- my youngest of the three has a fear aggression of people. He is good at the boarding facility because he’s used to it, but I have to use a muzzle when I take him to the vet it when people come over. How can I train this out of him? I tried with our white Shepherd that had fear aggression with other dogs and I could NOT get her over it! Suggestions?
I've seen purebred black boxers (reverse brindle) a few times. Their owners specifically sourced them and they were really beautiful. Are these not considered acceptable an colour for showing? Or what is the significance of saying there are no black boxers? Thanks.
@@armandocolon2064 Thanks Armando. So while they look black, you're saying they are considered brindle in colour. These are really beautiful dogs. Nothing like a boxer no matter the colour. Love them.

As a Life long Boxer guy this breed has diminished from very poor breeding and the life span longevity is poor atm in North America and many places the look even Boxers should not be a Bulldog looking heads like a Bull Mastiff even tho I love that square Hungarian and some Euro looking heads look , they should not be runty looking skinny dogs either it has a balance , so IF you decide to get this breed do your background on lines and health , a true Boxer is a thinking dog and being said it also has a very powerful game and prey drive and can be handful and the true Boxer is no joke but in the right hands the breed can be in a family companion setting with other animals under the right training , this dog can do all never underestimate this breed and what it is vs anything or what it can do I believe there is a quote from the late Bang Away "No Dog Is A Boxers Commander" something like that , I have images of our Boxers the perfection of this breed and what they should be in the 70's 80's and the real lines and look pure and also had up to 14 year life spans , either way whatever style or look of this breed you have they are a premium loyal amazing breed , Thanks for the time and the upload

you need to do more research..>>>>...There ARE completely black & and black & white Boxers. although they are not recognized in Show competition ...none the less...AKC does register them. I have mine reg with AKC and the color states Blk &n white sealed Boxer !!! They are called 'sealed' black Boxers and as the light hits the hair you can barely see the underlying brindle coloring. I have one and the Breeder I got mine from raises them and they are gorgeous and beautiful....... Just type in Blk & White Boxers dogs....and you will see...so stop telling people there are no black Boxers ..! please !

Isn't it good to know the bad things before you have a dog rather than find out afterward and then send the poor dog to a kennels because you can handle them? Id personally love to find the good traits by knowing the dog and their personality. All that was said in the video is true, but the good bits are amazing. Mine grow up with my kids and was the best dog you could ever wish for. If your truely wanting a boxer this wont stop you. Seems to me your not ready to adopt a dog into your life yet. Get a cat.

@@MarioNaeem I thought the same thing lol...this video did really nothing beneficial for the Breed...However i think I heard him say there are no black Boxers...and you will never see a black Boxer? well I have one...it is a sealed black beautiful female Boxer pup and she is reg with AKC.....they call the sealed because you can barely see the brindle when the sun or light hits the coat. I paid $$$$$ dearly for her to a lady that raises them and is a very reputable breeder.

My first boxer, Maddie died last august from Lymphoma :( best dog I ever had . I miss her so much. She was only 6

They’re actually not black just very very dark brindle or “seal” coated. Boxers can’t have true black as they simply lack the genes for it.

Breeder Frau Stockmann writes that the "black boxer" occurred because a Bouvier de Flandres got into the mix
