The relatability you have, the tone of encouraging voice, the music selection and counter, the short times of workouts are all wonderful. Over time I've been able to incorporate you in each day. Sometimes I double and triple up. Thank you so much for sharing your dedication to fitness with us.
I've been doing your workouts during the CA stay at home order and they are so Awesome. Thank you! This workout in particular has been great for improving my balance and core strength, like WHOA, I only wish there was a 5-10 sec break between moves. Not so much for a rest, but for getting into position. It moves a bit too fast to feel like I'm holding the best form. Anyway, thanks again for your workouts and stay safe out there. :)
3 days ago I started with the 10 min standing ab workout. Then found a few dif ones for legs arms ect videos. Excited to start this one. Wish I would have started 3 weeks ago.

Loved this! Been looking for more kettle bell workouts incorporating yoga-like postures. I’m about 5 feet tall with a short torso so this kind of work out burns best!

I bought a kettlebell just to do this workout and it was a smart purchase. This workout was challenging but not painful, I loved it! I usually don’t sweat very much when lifting dumbbells or other weights, but this one had me sweating in minutes. I would love to see more of these kinds of workouts from you.
