can social media be considered an addiction?

In this video I am discussing if social media can be an addiction and what warning signs to look out for if so. Social media is tremendously ingrained into our culture yet I feel like we don't talk about the dangers of it enough. This was a well-done video, Briana! Technology Addiction is so prevalent that I think it's been added to the DSM-5 as an actual diagnosis. You hit the nail on the head when you talked about Dopamine. Once you get that hit of Dopamine, some people have a hard time not going after that next Dopamine surge.
