      broooo once i recoreded myself studying for straight 6hrs with my phone and it worked and i got the urge to check my phone but can't because mera timelapse kharab ho jata and i have allocated myself time of shaam ko 8 to 9 and dopahar ko 2 to 4 iske alwaa i can't use insta yt whatsapp for more than 5 mins and i used digital wellbeing and grayscale mode and if tumhe ye time waste lag rha hai to apne phone ko switch off kar do and then karo jo karna hai ho jayega and if phone pe hi karna hai to airplane ya kuch tareeka dhoodho it's all about your willpower and control broo, thank you bye bye go study@@anuragsharma6663

    I was a GATE aspurant last year, and believe me, I deactivated my fb account for 1.5 yrs, only used whatsapp and youtube. This year, again I have reopened FB after admission to IISc and omg, I have been more addicted to it that ever before. This video was indeed helpful for me

    Guys i think social media destroyed our memory too cause before corona we always talked about some good things but now we only talks about the things we saw in social media....now i cant even remember some good memories happened last year 😢..some old people still has some memories of things they did like 20+ years back. (sry for my bad eng)

    It is true
    I was the topper in my college and my school
    Earning 99 percentage
    But after my college degree I decided to skip my medical studies for an year and enjoy my life and find a job
    But now my condition is very bad
    My family hates me
    I haven't left my home for past few months for any trip
    I haven't found a job yet
    Just because my screen time is 16 hours average
    I am indulged into social media and video games
    But slowly I have been working on myself and reduced it to 10 hours
    I hope I'll take it down to 2 hours as before

    Whenever I feel like I am immersed in youtube shorts, I take a deep breath, throw away my phone and start doing pushups. This helps me to end a never ending cycle of watching RUclips shorts and feeling guilty at the same time.

    I am preparing for NEET 24 and 5 weeks ago i realised i am using my phone too much so i uninstalled every social media except WhatsApp (as no one texts me😢) now my screen time on my phone is less than 2hours everyday where it was more than 6 hours everyday

    For understanding from which condition I am going through .
    Today is my exam and yesterday I was studying for it honestly but when I picked up my phone for searching related to my studies , I don't know when I started watching videos unrelated to study and thats way I had wasted my 2 ½ hour . And sleep with regrets in mind . But from morning 4: 30 ' O clock I am studying very honestly hoping this test will bring good marks than last one .     My screen time is usually 5 to 6 hours but mostly it's RUclips,not Instagram or Snapchat.
    The thing is I have to study for an examination and the entire content is on RUclips itself,I follow phone free zone but a bit differently - I sit on my study table and make sure I am not watching reels/scrolling mindlessly but oh how I wish I could reduce this screen time ! :(
    I use my phone to even track study hours but yes,focus mode works the best,I agree !

    Wow, this video was very helpful, im typing to overcome my phone addiction, and this guide could put me few more steps ahead. Also could you make a video about active recall and spaced repitation incorporated with NEET, there are many guides on RUclips about this but there isn't a one related to NEET, you video could be a one stop guide to anyone who is new these methods.

    We all are actually not phone addicts. We are just using our phones as an escape. We don't want to sit with ourselves doing nothing because hmara andr he bahut shor chlrha hai. Jsa hum plan krty hai wasa cheeza Jab Nahi Huti toh he willpower kam huna ki wjh se hum addict hojata h khudko face Nahi krta. I tried a lot of things to control my utube addiction but finally I concluded that utube addiction jse actual m koi problem heni h aur jitna hum sochty h ksa isa thek kra kya kra issy accha agr hum apni life m Jo cheeza humara lia imp h humara daily goals unhe discipline se kry aur Jab huma kisi point pr lga ki abi hum phone dekhygy toh us tym hum Kuch aur activity krly aur phone ko out of sight krdy toh thore he dino m huma realize hujayga ki yh koi prblm the heni sb kuch control m hai. 🤷‍♀

    I am addicted to RUclips and I am easily distracted. Unfortunately, the videos that I watch for my studies and the videos I watch for entertainment are here only. And I have tried making alternative account but somehow the algorithm keeps recommending me the videos that distract me and I can get hardly anything done.

    Deleted insta books frm 7hrs to 5 started going to gym from 5 to 4 started helping my dad in business went from 4-3 hrs 1hr music listening around 1 hr in meeting and talking to clients and I use social media on chrome for around 30min😊

    One day i used my phone for too and and after soo long i realised i am using my phone from like 5 to 6 hours and i got angry on myself 🥲 so i throw my phone in the floor 😭😭😭 after that i studied for 3-4 hours and take back my phone from floor. I saw that my phone display is broke🥲🥲 now i am using duplicate display 😭😭😭
