People really ought to prepare kids for middle school better. The school should, as well as do more to prevent this. It's not as if we don't have all sorts of technology to help combat this. The school should be held responsible to a degree. Middle school can be the hardest of k through 12. I've spoken to lots of people I went to school with who agreed. My bully was supposedly my friend. Leader of our friend group. I was on a project with another girl in our group and we had been writing a lot of notes bc of it. I think i mentioned to her something our group leader (sounds funny) had said to her was mean and she said something similar to me about something the leader, we'll call her Pizza, had said to me. We ended up talking on the phone for hours. We slowly pulled away from Pizza, and by 8th grade we had spread out to other groups. She's not doing so well now. Pizza.

It’s so sad I wish all the kids could stay off social media!!! Also, the bullying was absolutely a contributing factor to Aubrey’s suicide, but she had to have mental health struggles. Being OK with leaving your Mom and siblings and letting them deal with the aftermath is a sensor in people’s brain to stop and not hurt themselves. When that sensor isn’t working correctly it’s indicative of something larger.

I used to get bullied all the time when I was a kid I never told anyone never said anything didn’t want to make it bigger but as I got older I lost more and more friend to those nasty girls I used to come home run upstairs to my room and start crying because it was getting to a point were i was felling really bad I felt like I had no friend no one liked me or something or there was something wrong with my personality or the way I looked and one school was over I felt relieved but then I start secondary and it’s the same i tried to act different change my personality,the way I looked but nothing worked and now I’m looking back I shouldn’t have had to change my personality or the way I look bc I should just be my self. I was 7 in 1st grade these group of girls were bullying me and I was besties with aubs at the time and we were Pookies I did stand up for her I got punched for her slapped for her I’m 13 now im never forgetting aubs she was my friend sense day 1 we’ve never separated until 2023 I appreciate yall with aubs things and stuff she did not mean to communicate suicidal stuff. My name is maddie I love her I’ll stay with her mom and her brother and her sis.
