One of the things I've always liked about your channel is the new to me indie games I see you fooling around on. This one however, is different. It's not new to me I've been playing it since the first few updates in the early stages of the game being on steam. It's been a pleasure to watch the game grow and try and adapt to each update as they came, back when there was barely any content. It's great for me to see anyone play prison architect as it feels so close to me having played it all through the process before official release. Thanks for playing it and I hope you enjoyed the game as much as I have from near day one and continue to enjoy at least 5-15hrs a week!

I spent the entire video wondering whether A) You didn't have a clue how to play this game and were learning for the first time, making lots of mistakes, or B) You knew *exactly* how to play the game but were consciously having none of it while you did whatever the fuck you wanted, all while *pretending* to be oblivious. As someone that has just spent the last two days building a modular prison based on principles of segregation and agonised over every tile placement, this video is triggering as fuck. Bravo sir, bravo.
Commenters do not worry, the reason the prison was so impractical is because Matt used the architects techniques to force them to live in their own creation. It only makes sense for there to be a prison especially for architects that is still practical as it made by the only engineer brave enough to use the architechs powers against them.

Receiving prisoners without a prison, building a door alone, constructing buildings without planning for utilities until you realize the light switch doesn't work, building room with no doors - just to name a few. Those are all true architects traits, just saying.

If you don’t ever build a check in the prisoners can’t check in so they can’t escape since they aren’t in jail and their deaths don’t count against your demerits cause their death was in transportation.
