The best teacher I’ve ever seen
My number one teacher
❤❤
My best Teacher so far
Hi lovely Lucy. Easy-peasy❤❤😊
I got 5/5, since "Laurel green needle" is "one" of the options?? Really? As soon as you played the 5th audio, and even before you gave the options, I had heard and written down "Laurel, green needle". How on earth is "yanny brainstorm" an option?? That is mind-blowing to me. I can definitely hear the initial and ending "L" in Laurel, but there's no way I could hear an initial and ending "Y" there, let alone "brainstorm", no matter how hard I try. Thanks for the lesson!
Hahaha Laurel green needle obviously- dont think anybody hears the word brainstorm hahahaha
I actually heard Laurel, Brainstorm... so weird!@@Krizzah47
noo it was yanny green needle i literally Heard Yanny🙂
@@saimashaheen4982 the same to me
lower the volume of you phone, very low, at the lowest...
4/5 (There's no way the last one is not only "Laurel Green Needle" 🤯)
I think the same for "Laurel brainstorm" I can't hear nothing else 😵
I’m English why am I here
And I’m Japanese nice to meet u eng 🥰
I don't know but I can guess 😊
How much do you want for your language you relearn it dw
Because of Lucy😊
Excellent Listening Lesson Lucy! Congratulations for your arduous (though rewarding, I'm sure) work!
Wow lucy! This is the best listening exercise yet. I got 4/5.
They were quite hard though 😢
Thank you.
Fabulous 😍 .. it was quite challenging .. I’ve learned many new info , thanks to you Lucy 🌹
2/5. however the last one made me wowed, this is so amazing. cheers🤩
I've found this test to be incredibly interesting. Thank you, Lucy!
*Thank you much Lucy for the another fabulous lesson!!!🥰🥰🥰*
This is wonderful video! Really love such stuff! Keep more of them coming! I got 3/5 though. I couldn't figure out "real eyes" and "complex harbours disenfranchised youths"
4/5. The last one - WOW! It's amazing what's happening in our brain...
Wow, it was so challenging ! This is the best listening exercise. I got 3/5 and I heard Lauel Green Needle all the time. It was so fun and I learned a lot. Thank you Lucy
Great lesson. 4/5 I thought the answers of the first question was twice. Thanks for your wondrous videos.
That's amazing! Thank you very much!

Hello Lucy, a great lesson - please make more of this - thanks ;-)
Thank you Lucy for this challenging listening test.
I like this format offering challenge, as far as ive learnt pretty much from this channel, i feel this is what im lacking of
This is an awesome activity, Lucy!!!! ☺️
Wow, it was so challenging! I got 3/5 and definitely I heard Yenny Green Needle all the time. Thank you so much for this video. Waiting for more :)
I think this is more kind of a vocabulary test than a listening test.
Same I got 3/5 and I heard "Yanny Green Needle" as well.
@@Neo-Reloaded I think yes
Same
That was really fun. Thank you :)
Thank you so much our magnificent teacher Lucy. Now after many years of struggle learning I'm not able to follow your language.
I got 5/5 and loved this activity since I've always been passionate about English homophones and polysemy!
I have to say number 4 had me distracted on "disenfranchised" (never heard this word before; plus I need a whole sentence to convey that in Italian) but thankfully my brain decoded "harbours" as a verb right away.
I'm looking forward to more listening activities like this one! :)
brilliant as ever, I got 4 out of 5. Thank you.
Wish you success in your work..🎉
It was hard, but I enjoyed the lesson! Thank you Lucy!
Thank you for this useful and interesting video
3/5 since the last one was a kind of bonus. Thanks Lucy
When you go to a train station in England and you ask for a ticket, to a person speaking English, behind a glass, surrounded by lots and lots of people around you talking, at the same time. That's when you know how much you can understand a foreign language. In fact, that is precisely the type of listening activity that some methodologists recommend given that it's real-life listening.
Thank you for this awesome lesson. I would love doing more listening exercises. I got 4/5. But to be honest, one of the 4 was more a guess than a confident answer.
More of these challenges, PLZ!
Okay! I got 5/5 ! 🎉
Perfect listening lesson!
Great job Lucy🤍
Hi
Mrs Lucy Bella, could you take your time and make lessons on ALL THE PUNCTUATION MARKS in English.
Yes Lucy, This is truly the Hardest English Listening Test that I have ever done, but unfortunately I got only one question correct. That was the first question Lucy. I will do better in your future tests. Thank you Lucy for your kindness
Hello Lucy! I got 4/5 thanks a lot 😊❤
It was a very fun lesson, 3/5 🤓💛Thank you!
Hi Lucy, could you please make a lesson about How to pronounce 'in the/ on the/ to the/ with the/ for the/ over the. I find them really difficult to pronounce. Thank you for everything!
Wonderful lesson😊
Thank you very much!!!!
I didn't understand the last one.
what an entertaining exercise .Thanks!
Loved it! …My old English teacher would be proud. “I shall write to Mrs. Wright, right now.” 😉
that's super cool with the auditory illusion! I didn't get so many points, but I got this last one :-)
5/5! I'm happy I got them, it was a really challenging listening exercise! :)
Gracias Lucy por ayudarme a mejorar mi inglés ❤
4/5 Thanks for these amazing videos😊
3/5, Laurel Green needle
Your talent is amazing
I got 3/5. I heard Yanny green needle in the last question. But this test was superb and great for testing your listening. Thanks Lucy😄🤩🎆
I'd say I got all of them, because I did the 4th one by means of exclusion (having identified the adjective and the object, it's obvious what the rest is).
I am so glad you're back! Wish you a great life!!
3/5! Thank you!
Top-notch test!tks!
Great lesson! Amazing! Fantastic job, Lucy! .... Yep, it was not that easy! lol ... 3/5
Very challenging! Thank you
as a not native english speaker, I am pretty happy with my 3/5. One and four really messed me up, two and three were quite easy. Great test!
Thank you so much for your outstanding lesson and your voice is so attractive
Hi Lucy! I've been watching your videos for awhile (about 7 years) and I love them, I'm begging you, would you be able to teach how to pronounce the words dull, lull or hull ? I can't for the life of me pronounce the "ull" sound
It is kind of hard, but only need to drop down the main facts or put the answers in short first, then write the complete one.
3/5: The first one really tripped me up accoustically, because there was no further context that would usually help me (obviously, that's part of this game) and I guess I've been out of school for too long for grammatical questions like the 3rd one. xD
The 2nd and 4th question were a breeze though.
The lecture I had had had been prepared specially for me...🤗👍
What a great lesson!🤙
❤💚❤️
4/5!! It turned out better than I've expected ❤
Thanks lovely Lucy...🙏
Really interested, thanks.
Brilliant! It was fantastic! Why our school lessons aren`t so exciting?
Hallo, danke für den Unterricht.
you make lesson with very fun for us. Thanks a lot dear amazing teacher 🎉🎉
You make the lesson very fun for us
4/5 I missed the first one, I misheard it as "Realize, realize, real eyes". I didn't expect it to necessarily be a meaningful sentence.
The rest I got relatively easily, for 2nd and 3rd it was enough to listen just once to understand them clearly right away. 😊
I got 4/5 ! Happy with the result ! Thank you :)
I'm not a native speaker, and I'm not living in a country in which English is the first language, (in fact it's the third one only). I don't know almost nothing (like you can hear in some American movies 😄) about grammar, and I learned "English" on my own, but it's American English and I find that British English is harder than that, so 2/5 is even more than I was expecting. Thanks for the video!
I got 3/5. Thanks for the lesson, it was really challenging!
4/5 thanks for the boost in my self-confidence
Perfect listening lesson!
The second exercise took me by surprise. I got 4/5. It was interesting 😊
Lovely test/game and Q5 challenges what we perceive our realities to be [especially since Covid19]. Greetings from Johannesburg. 🥰
I got 3/5.
Good job, teacher Lucy .
Great video fr improvement waiting many more

Outstanding❤❤
Amazing!!
I need more listening tests because I’m struggling a lot
I got 5/5! Thanks, Lucy ❤
Der Lucy i love you and your speech is wonderful
Great teacher❤
1/5 🤦🏻 I got only second one, dunno y 🤷🏻 Amazing lesson Lucy and tough one... When it gets tough, toughs ... 🧡
Lucy, Thank you for the challenging lesson. My score is 3/5.
Got a 5/5! Tha ks for the video, Lucy!
Got 4 out of 5, not bad. For the last one, I actually hear half of each word/sentence! I hear Yaurel and brain needle!
It was very hard and challenging but I still managed to learn a lot of useful tips.
I am not the listening type, and I don't listen well in any language, including my native language.
But to aid in understanding, speakers generally don't read a sentence word by word at even speed where there could be confusion.
So, "The complex (slight pause) harbours disenfranchised youth ...." instead of reciting every word at even speed is the way to say that sentence.
It was kinda a challenging lesson but I really enjoyed it. I got 4/5.I got the 4th one incorrect cuz I forgot to pick the verb. Keep it up teacher Lucy❤️
Btw I heard Laural brainstorm, 😁😂
I got 3/5. The first one and the 4th got me shook! But I really enjoyed it!
I got 3/5. The 4th one was kinda hard for me but the last one was super tricky! Though enjoyed the whole video thoroughly.
I got full marks. Thankyou for this video. Lots of love from me
9:20 literary ❤ Se how wonderful is the British English. Pronunciation is outstanding
