Upgrading my 2018 WiFi iPad Pro 12” to the M1 cellular iPad Pro 11” for flying and can’t wait to get the Logitech keyboard for it’s versatility
This review pushed me over the edge to get it. I picked up an Apple-refurbished M1 iPad Pro as an upgrade from my 2018 model, and decided to finally get a keyboard case for it.
I’m VERY impressed with it, and got it on sale today. Thanks for this video, it was the deciding factor!
The cherry on top would be the keyboard portion doubling as a Bluetooth keyboard when detached, but nonetheless a beautifully designed product.

I have had my Combo touch for a little over a week. Compared to the Magic Keyboard, I prefer using this one. Why, is because of the versatility the Combo Touch offers, the fact that you do not sacrifice protection when using your iPad in tablet mode. I also prefer the different viewing angles that you don’t get with the Magic keyboard. Because the combo touch is $100 less than the Magic Keyboard you would think you would be sacrificing something, however with the Combo Keyboard case the only sacrifice you end up with is one less charging port because with the Magic Keyboard it offers a charging pass through at the base.
When comparing the Combo touch to the Magic Keyboard, the two are not that different in feel. I do like the the materials of the Combo touch over the Magic Keyboard. The material on the Magic Keyboard just picks up everything and anything on the surface you put the case down on. Lastly, what I really like about the case is the keyboard. The keys on the Combo touch just feels like their is more key travel and the fact that I have function keys makes the Combo touch an even more appealing option for myself.
Does the combo touch support all the swipe gestures of the magic keyboard?

How does the Combo Touch do for battery drain? If you put your ipad in a drawer for a few days do you find it drains a chunk? I'm really tempted with this.
Does anyone happen to know if you're still able to use a media hub with this case? I have HyperDrive's new 6 in one hub for mine tablet and use it frequently. Just don't want to lose out on total body protection just for this attachment..
Question…I have read on the Logitech and Bestbuy sites that the case will begin to warp around 3-4 months, specifically around the speaker areas. Also, the thunderbolt connection area is small. Other than the “Apple” USB-C cable, some others might not fit well. I do like the touchpad, but I have noticed it randomly stops working until you hit a key. Any feedback or thoughts would be great.

Very interested in this product. I own the 2020 version of the Apple Magic Keyboard folio. On the Logitech, do you get a lot of movement/screen vibration while typing?
Question: How is the experience using this keyboard set-up on your lap? I have 2 iPad Pros (1st and 2nd Gen) with an older Logitech keyboard/case which works great on my lap. Neither have the kickstand feature which seems like it would problematic for working with the set-up on your lap.
Is there 3rd party front cover which can replace keyboard if we don’t want to use keyboard? Just magnetic connect to ipad case and to protect the ipad screen when keyboard not needed
Looks awesome. I do hope that the flexible connection to remove the keyboard is able to withstand fatigue though. I’ve had these style Logitech keyboards in the past snd that connection starts to fail over time, I imagine from repeated folding of the flexible connection. Then the keyboard becomes useless and needs to be replaced. That’s the one concern I have here

I just got this and I’m typing this on my iPad Pro with the Logitech combo touch keyboard and man I do enjoy it so much more than the magic keyboard I had. I had the keyboard and the folio case for the iPad Pro and I retuned both of them back to apples and I got this one instead. I’m glad I did bc it does what both of them did. No need to switch at all! Just remove or attach the keyboard whenever I want to use it or not. I’m thoroughly pleased that I traded both folio and magic keyboard for this one that does both and does more than bth of them! Thanks for this video btw Justin! This sold me! Also when not using the keyboard I’m using this with the Apple Pencil in easel mode and draw and just not use my fingers but using the pencil to just move around. It’s dope this keyboard.

Does stand gets slide-y over time? My only fear is that since it’s fabric, the stand might lose its grip because of wear and tear.
Hi, I just bought Logitech couple days ago but I got an issue relating to the globe key. I couldn't use it for switching between languages. Did you have this issue like me? Also, do you have any ways to set it as the language switching key.
I believe the speakers design are not compatible and one of the microphone at the side is being covered up by the casing. it will cover almost 1/3 of the speakers hole if you are using ipad pro 2020 model. Any update from logitech about the flaws?

I just received the Combo Touch for my iPad 7th gen. It is very very chunky and heavy. Good thing Logitech updated the new Combo Touch for iPad pros. They also made the trackpad a lot bigger. This is a must buy for those who cannot afford the Magic Keyboard. (it also gives you a protective case with the keyboard unlike the other one)
It connects with Bluetooth or connectors?

Hello I just got this for my ipad pro 12.9 inch but have an issue with the two finger swipe between home screens and sometimes it just stop and does not move. Could someone help me out with the same, is it a setting issue ? Cause I did the all the updates including firmware one

My preference when typing is having the iPad at eye level not looking down. But I would like to keep the keyboard ergonomically by my hands and not reaching up.

1:48 Will this work on 3rd Gen iPad pro 12.9 model as I can see here that your model has 11 speaker holes but 3rd Gen has 17 holes….So it may hide the speaker holes, Will it affect any sound quality ?
Great review! My wife has been using this for awhile on her iPad 10.2 and overall I think it’s great, I just hate the fact that the keyboard always falls off when I pick it up. I’m used to the magic keyboard and forget that this one is not attached.

Do you know where I can find a case with the hinge multi angled stand? I only see cases with limited preset angles
If they could only engineer the hinge to stay in whatever position it is placed in, not having to use the kickstand. Then the kickstand would only be used when it’s detached. Would make it “lap-friendly”.
How is this holding up a year later? I've been looking at some on ebay and the plastic seems to have warped and seems easy to scuff?

@@VancoAnne Though macbook is heavily than iPad, it won't be a deal breaker. Macbook is really light and portable. iPad is lighter and more portable but with the keyboard on the iPad is almost equal or heavier than MacBook air
I like this case, but my only gripes are how the kickstand flexes and the small cut-out for the USB-C port is too small
I'm on the Apple Magic Keyboard but I love that all the newer Logitech keyboard cases have the top Function row buttons. Having to go into the ipad settings and click a few times to get to the keyboard backlit adjustment setting every single time is a bit annoying.

Poor logitech combo touch on my ipad pro newest gen ! Ive been using this keyboard only for a few weeks and it lack for some its features such as 2 swipe and some loading keyboard function it need to replug to its magnetic before it gets normal but after some minutes it happen again, considering the brand & the PRICE i wish they update their firmware ASAP!

I didn’t love this keyboard. A few cons compared to apples keyboards: The iPad is further away from u compared to apples keyboards which makes it less immersive, takes up more space, the outer material is slippery, can’t push the iPad back with this case cause it just topples over because of the hinge design, can’t use on your lap, the trackpad randomly stops working here and there until I press a key and the case is heavy.
