So much research to make us condense and « prossessable » content. I like that while you give us all the info you still talk about your preferences! I would really like more content on the obsidian app : how it can be used in project making and design process !
the iPad is really one of the coolest devices ever, people dont realize how impressive these are haha, yeah it lacks some cool features that would be useful I agree now that we have the tech, but in reality its pretty insane
I use a thinkpad for work and business and I love it, yeah I know the iPad can’t do everything I can do on my thinkpad but I still choose to have an iPad Pro as my personal device . I have the 11 inch and it goes everywhere with me. Your channel really helps me out with using my iPad more productively. Thank you 🙏.
I literally don’t get why Chris doesn’t have more followers… some more established “Tech Creators” don’t even approach the level of research and knowledge he displays… Respect Chris, keep up the good work.
Just admire the way you come up with real useful iPad apps. That genuine approach is very evident and that’s what gonna make go places. Thanks a lot. You help me make use of my iPad Pro to its fullest. 🙏🥰
Use Ecosia as your search engine. It still uses ads in the same way Google does but the money from ads goes to planting trees. Also great for privacy but they’ve planted more than 130,000,000 trees so far! 🌲 🙌
Great app recommendations, but I also want to know what the whirligig is on the table in your background. I was mesmerized by it throughout the entire video.
Chris, great video! How are you using “mymind” vs. “command browser” featured in this video? I’d be interested in a video highlighting your “collecting” and/or research workflow. Thanks again!
I just sub since you asked 😊. You have great information and you deliver them clean simple and clear… That’s powerful.. Some videos have good information but the delivery is convoluted and dull, hard to pay attention… Thank you
Finally, a video with iPad apps that genuinely inspire me. So tired of seeing videos with all of the apps for linear thinkers. I'm glad those exist, but I need apps that help me think outside of the box in non-linear ways and all of these look like serious bangers. Bravo, bravo! Thank you for putting this together, looking forward to exploring all of them!
hey! i loved this video, subscribed x can you upload documents onto command ?? the journal function is so cool and convenient but a lot of my reading for essays is already from a reading list
Clover looked great until I checked into the subscription prices. $72 for the first year, then $96 a year after that! Too much for a note taking app no matter how good it is.
Chris, I'm a new subscriber with a new iPad Air. So I may have missed your recommendation for an iPad app that creates a better user experience with an external monitor. For example, an iPad app that utilizes the entire monitor screen and allows more than just mirroring the ipad on the monitor.
I don’t get it. What is Clover? Is it a whiteboard app that you can add documents to? Or a document app that uses an infinite canvas? Is it basically Craft but with the Miro infinite canvas and tools?
So all Craft has to do is add a whiteboard feature with a majority of the same tools as Miro and then Craft and Clover would basically be the same app but called different names?
Great to finally see a search engine using a subscription model. Is the problem I also have with DDG: it's a great search but I would actually like to be a customer, not (yet again) an ad consumer. I also think your Jarvis review needs to address issues of copyright and data protection about the input/output to and from this app.
@@daoud1608 I’ve seen ads with Google solving for x on pretty decent complex math problems…and it works out all the calculations so you can see how it’s broken down…all in a split second. Crazy stuff these days, wouldn’t know how to teach kids
Hey Chris love and appreciation from Punjab ( India). I have been following you since last 2 years. have watched almost all your iPad videos. Reality appreciate your work and how you make it easy for all of up iPad users to integrate iPad into our lives in all possible ways. Great video today as well as always. It's just clover app is not available here in India😒. Take care. Keep growing and keep enriching us😊👍🏻
Clover requires an account and a login, as it seems... this makes it quite useless. Probably, even the content is stored on remote servers? Such details are important, when reviewing an App, IMHO.
Clover looked great right up until I checked the price to get the full version. A $95/year subscription? I'm not paying 1/3 the price of my Ipad/year for what, in the end, is one of many note taking apps. Sure it syncs to the web app which would have been useful, but OneNote does that for free. So yeah no.
Is there any way to change the command browsers default search engine? Uses Google? Bit ironic when the next app is a safe search engine! I don’t use google so won’t use command browser unless can change the search engine 😞
Hi, Chris mentioned a few months ago that Apple Hype is on (permanent?) hiatus. It's taking too much time out of his day to make a video daily, along with posting on the main channel DailyTekk and just living his personal life. I miss Apple Hype too, but fan to fan, you'll manage.
@@taniamubaslat4080 Heyy, thanks for getting back to me! That's completely okay, I understand. I loved Apple Hype because it really helped discover all these cool gadgets and apps that no other YTer or social media personality talks about. Good video - but I can't help notice that when you use Jarvis, a web app - you are not using the Command Browser or Neeva browser you just spoke of. Why is that?
I've only had my iPad Pro for 2 years and it's so riddled with bugs! I'll never buy another! I'm sticking with my MacBook Air for now, but I've always got my wonderful, faithful Pixelbook standing by if the Air starts acting like my iPad.

Hey! I wish there was one app that just did everything I needed but honestly I feel like the two have different used cases for me.
Well , the “Clover” app killed your previous sponsor “Muse”😂

Really good time and coverage of the apps. A couple of gems in this episode. Thanks!
Just gutted that Neeva isn’t available in the UK.. but great video and Jarvis is freaky but fun. Nice 👍🏻
Would love to see an Obsidian full video!
Thank you so much for introducing Obsidian to me! It's so helpful to see what ideas like to others I've made note of!
Obsidian seems interesting but confusing , how have you used it if you don’t mind telling me?
Your channel is the reason I got an iPad Pro for school, thanks man!

Couldn’t find clover in App Store
Same here. I found a dating app and a period-tracking calendar.. but no todo list.
Me as well. At least not here in Canada.
Try via web search. They are in beta, but you can still download the app along with test flight, or use the web interface.
It’s in beta
Very cool stuff. I would move from a laptop to the iPad in a hear beat if page builders like Elementor were compatible.
Is Clover nicer to use compared to goodnotes etc. (sync to Mac, printing etc?) ? I just bought an iPad Pro to study.

There isn’t one. It’s an iPad issue. We’re all waiting for “real” external monitor support.
