To make them work you need cable anchors for power and a composite microcontroller on them for the buttons on/off to work with winches. I refitted a ship I barely use and now it's a trawler, I'm happy the way it turned out.
Hi bizza, ive been thinking about getting stormworks, especially after watching your campaign. However, alot of the reviews are very negative. I don't want to waste my money, but storm works also sounds really fun. Pls give advice Edit: thank you for the advice, I am planning on convincing my friend to get the game and play with me
To give a balanced review on the game. It has a bit of a learning curve, when it gets to building. A couple of hours in and you can build a small and functional boat. But things quickly become quite advanced a requires a bit of getting into. Downloading other peoples micro controllers helps. a lot. Most of the difficulty of building in this game, comes down to microcontrollers. However, even if you aren't a great builder, this game is still fun. The amount of people creating insanely detailed vehicles and posting it on the workshop is insane. I have slowly gotten better at building, but even getting to the level of pizza is quite difficult in my opinion. But, even without the building this game is still fun.

Do you need to make a new save to get the fish data vendors and fish hotspots? For the fish buyers you unfortunately did need to.
Yea will need a new save for them.... but we will have to do our best without the hotspots I guess 🤷♂️

did you make sure animal spawning was turned on and fish spawning was set to high?
Yes both of those were fine. I did see a couple of fish but they seem to swim away from the boat 🤷♂️
