      Every conviction is deliberate, the standard of proof is without a reasonable doubt, and, the police and Prosecution lied to meet it.

    I can’t even imagine spending one day behind bars for something I didn’t do. But 20 YEARS?!?? Bless him. He seems to have a positive outlook for his future and I’m here for it .

    This is amazing but the truth is there will never be justice for cases like this one. Nothing will ever never be close to making it up for 19 years in prison.

      how about at least 10 times this. Just saw in the news that 2 women were emotionally scarred a few years and received 75. They were not in jail. Their families not without them.

    Imagine being 16 and wrongfully accused of murder with a 19 year sentence. 16!! And they say in North America it’s “innocent until proven guilty.” (Especially for a case this big like wtf) I am in no way whatsoever trusting that statement anymore lmao💀

    That's nice, and I wish the best for him and his family. Also, I feel like when you're found innocent, after wrongfully being accused ,they should give you one million dollars for every year you're in prison. Money isn't everything, but this should teach them to get it right the first time.

    150k for each year he was wrongfully behind bars. So 150k x 19 is 2.8m (no tax) since this is from state
