Great video Dave, Joe Public can walk into Halfords and buy everything to clean a car to a decent standard and this ready to use product is perfect. The problem being is you do need some knowledge or it can go horribly wrong , nobody reads labels, then all of a sudden then sun comes out and there are stains everywhere and your car is a right mess. Did it many moons ago with Autoglym fallout remover turned a mates black BMW into a white BMW ! He was almost crying, quick foam and wash and it was looking good again, he still reminds me every now and then lol . Units looking good mate, hard work pays off . All the best :)

Thanks mate yeah I am hoping people who are new watching this realise that it's not always the product that's the problem it's the method. I really liked this APC and I think what they did making a ready to use APC was genius as it opens the door to the newcomers

There are some dumb mutha F##kas out there. Yea i know it's second nature to us and i know H&S is a bit jokey. Maybe be something to state in a video for those people new to detailing .

I have to admit you’ve taught me loads now on how to wash and valet my cars correctly, to the point I can’t believe now I used to take them to a local hand wash.
I’m not particularly precious about either of the cars, but 2-4 guys valeting someone else’s car in 20mins, simply won’t do as good a job as someone spending a whole morning or afternoon doing their own, never mind the cost.
In terms of chemicals and cloths, I’ve spend maybe £200 a year on premium quality stuff. (Less so now going by your products and recommendations)
I used to spend £20 every couple of weeks, (now that same valet is double that locally I notice,as I drive on by) so I was spending effectively double or more, for something that doesn’t even get close to what I can achieve now thanks to you.
Yes I now have to make time and put the effort in, but the final results speak for themselves. So much so when I took one of my cars, a 4yr old Fabia in for service and MOT, the mechanic said it was a pleasure to work on because it was so clean. Proud car dad moment 😂

I'll be honest, I have always been a bit wary of all-purpose-cleaning products.
There is a reason why certain products are for certain tasks, and you can't have something which is safe & effective on everything.
I do use Autoglym interior shampoo, as I find it is perfect for interior plastics, it leaves no residue and cleans the scuffs on door bins quite well.

U got it spot on it for the weekend warrior who just want pick up a product that easy and with Autoglym always does the job. It handy to keep in the boot for spills to. And at Halfords at moment u can buy one get another half price which is over £7 for the second bottle . As a detailer I used there trade clean all for yrs I love it and this is aimed at the pros like g101 like u said. Not a daft question at all. At the end of the day it's an APC and I used a brush many times with no problems. I think the reason they may say don't use a brush is because it stops anyone causing damage (eg on piano black trim) it just protects them

100% agree. This one was always going to be a controversial product so I couldn't resist but to jump at the opportunity to make a video on it 📈

15 quid for a litre is a robbery. I'll stick to buying the concentrated stuff 😂

Depends on the target audience. For example I never clean my oven but if i saw 1 litre of oven cleaner in my local B&Q id sooner get that than order 5 litres and have it sitting around for the next 10 years lol

They make look good on the paper, but can cost you dearly ... what are we talking about here? That they slowly dissolve or destroy your car?

I'll stick to Autobrite Citrus multi purpose cleaner. £15 for 1L. It can also be diluted 100/ 1 , 50/1 , 10/1 depending on the task. So it has the potential to be 100th of the price. This cleaner just like Auto finesse is too expensive with it been ready to go. Only lazy people wouldn't want something you can dilute TBH.

Fair play but i don't think this APC is aimed at people who are lazy. I use a multipurpose kitchen cleaner for my house on the floor, work tops, sink and even in the bathroom and I'm not lazy. I just think everyone values cars differently so I totally respect they may rather just buy something to carry in the car for quick clean ups

I don't buy the stuff on the shelf anymore. I only get the professional stuff 😂 5 litres for the same price as 1 litre 😂😂😂😂 cmon. Same goes for liquid clay, wheel cleaner, shampoo & conditioner
