    So happy I found you/r channel, answer to prayer to the support of losing weight reality. So far really enjoying the way you talk to yourself and share with others/myself! This process and yes decades of efforts to choosing another attempt to lose and keep off weight (after being thin up to 40's) then thyroid/Hashimoto's battle now approaching 70-- I'm going to be victorious!

    I'm still working on it but I've learned there are many different ways to lose weight but if a person doesn't address their food addiction and reasons for eating weight loss will be a struggle.
    All of us eat for every reason except hunger.

      And hunger is the only reason we should actually eat. When our body needs nutrients and energy, that is when it is ready to for it. We need to learn to have fun with family, friends, hobbies, and activities.
