My impression is... Psychology plays a major role in trading career.... Calmness and alertness are the key points.... For that we need a teacher who can show how to be calm and focused in any situation.... And after the end of a hectic day we must know how to clam down our physical and emotional bodies... It is a recharging.... And from his saying I can figure out that he has strong sense of intuition... That is main point of success... I am a yoga teacher . I teach yoga meditation and relaxation techniques since 2010... By intuition I don't mean it is wild guess...but after a tedious research....he himself alow his mind to be free and in that point he gets his hunch or intuition..... He may have developed that skill without knowing all this working of mind.... But it is possible to develop that skill consciously .... There are lot of mind management techniques... In my opinion, 2 years of consistent profit is not enough to become a mentor. To be considered as an expert, you should make consistent profit for at least 5 - 10 years.
@Good Man 6 months consistent is good, and it is a big achievement too. If I have profit 6 months consistently - it mean that I am capable trader. Market will change eventually and I may come across lose after 3 years - where I as a capable trader will find new ways, but those who I mentored may not be able to. As you can see 99% mentors learned the trading themselves reading books. Very rarely someone succeeded by training. Again He is a very capable trader, and he will change his technique as and when needed
He has been trading for more than 20 years and actively trading for 10+ years. He has knowledge and experience to share as a mentor...mentors are not the ones who always succeeded, they are the ones who learnt from their mistakes and converted them into successes!

For that we need a teacher who can show how to be calm and focused in any situation.... And after the end of a hectic day we must know how to clam down our physical and emotional bodies... It is a recharging.... And from his saying I can figure out that he has strong sense of intuition... That is main point of success... I am a yoga teacher . I teach yoga meditation and relaxation techniques since 2010... By intuition I don't mean it is wild guess...but after a tedious research....he himself alow his mind to be free and in that point he gets his hunch or intuition..... He may have developed that skill without knowing all this working of mind.... But it is possible to develop that skill consciously .... There are lot of mind management techniques... That is my experience in yoga field....

In my opinion, 2 years of consistent profit is not enough to become a mentor. To be considered as an expert, you should make consistent profit for at least 5 - 10 years.

If I have profit 6 months consistently - it mean that I am capable trader.
Market will change eventually and I may come across lose after 3 years - where I as a capable trader will find new ways, but those who I mentored may not be able to.
As you can see 99% mentors learned the trading themselves reading books. Very rarely someone succeeded by training.
Again He is a very capable trader, and he will change his technique as and when needed
