Cheese outside (top and bottom), chocolate and butter inside (one or both bread slices), then Peanut butter last (grill that mess!) - he never says don't grill the peanut butter! What would it be if it wasn't grilled? A CHARLIE SANDWICH.. not a GRILLLLLLLLED CHARLIE SANDWICH. Unbelievable.
The wiki states "7. Note: The peanut butter does NOT get grilled. Think of it as a condiment that goes on last, after the cooking is done. Serve immediately". Also, Nikki and Charlie both agreed that you don't wanna burn that cheese, so its important that you finish cooking it on the radiator.

Another chef on YT also assumed the cheese goes on bottom. He used the same clip, but in the clip Charlie simply says 'cheese outside', he never says on the bottom nor does he even list it first. Did he describe the sandwich in another episode in which he mentions cheese on the bottom?
