A little confused the video says add 1/2 tablespoon garlic power but clearly the video shows you putting in a 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder??? which is it????

Use it for dip for potato chips. Horseradish dip on Ruffles chips was a regular appetizer at my Grandparents gatherings.

I use this with my Tri tip French dip sandwiches…let it drip out the sides while dipping it in Ajou. Game changer!

What you can do to mix the dry in easily, is take some liquid out, put it in a bigger container, so that it doesn't go everywhere, and slowly add the cocoa to the wet ingredients. Then add it back into the saucepan.

I love this recipe! My grandma always made hers using Ritz crackers. It gives a bit of a softer crack and chew so if you have sensitive teeth that may be an option 😊 Yours looks delicious though! ❤

I think spray in the aluminum foil leaves a oil spray taste on the back of your cracker. I did not like that. I don’t spray the aluminum foil That way I don’t have that oil taste all my cracker.

Just put the chips on as soon as u take it out of oven.

Try sprinkling choped nuts on it.

Another chef on YT also assumed the cheese goes on bottom. He used the same clip, but in the clip Charlie simply says 'cheese outside', he never says on the bottom nor does he even list it first. Did he describe the sandwich in another episode in which he mentions cheese on the bottom?

Thank you for sharing this super simple recipe! I just made some and I used Special Dark cocoa powder and I can't stop eating it! The only thing I did different is used 1/2 & 1/2 because my store is out of heavy cream and I needed this in my stomach TONIGHT! I just cut back a little on the amount of cream to keep the thickness...I used 1/2 cup total of the 1/2 & 1/2.
