Did you go to the Tour Divide? Were you at the grand depart ? Hoping that if you are riding, you were able to avoid or sit out the worst of the winter weather on the passes.
Q: Are you riding the Tour Divide (the race)? Or the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (GDMBR)? They are slightly different routes. Reason I ask is the cut off time for racers with a tracker. I'll be touring the GDMBR at slooooow touring pace, like 40-50 mi per day. Good luck with your ride.
I am leaving the morning of the TD riders and I am listed as a racer but will decide on the route what route I do. For example... I would like to do KOKO claims climb and the wall but everything will depend on weather. 50 miles a day sounds like a good pace. If you're leaving the same day let me know. There is one other doing the same as I.
Have you ever done a total weight of the gear? Clothing included and say a hypothetical days worth of food and water? Thanks for taking this video! Safe riding!

Look at the rockgeist frame bags. They have waterproof roll top bags for many bikes.

My weight before food and water has been just under 50lbs.
What bottle cages are on your forks? I noticed they had a (homemade?) toggle on top?
They are titanium and they are zip tied. It works for me.
