The players coming on to the field is a graphic illustration between those that are paid to think they are professionals and those that are trained to be professionals.

astute observation.
The marine corp is not as professional as you think bud

The players could have shown more respect to our beloved Corps by staying off the field till they were done.
Agreed. I love that they didn’t even bat an eye though. They could’ve been the only people on the planet for all they cared! Brilliant!

@@matthiusmunday3628 It's still not true. They deserve our respect, but they aren't any more manly than anyone else... it's just a job, and they would be the first to tell you that. They are ordinary Americans, they signed up to do a job, and some of them have had and will have to make extraordinary sacrifices in service to their country. While I think it's always good to show a certain amount of respect and appreciation for our troops, a number of people just take it way too far. They aren't super heroes or infallible gods that we should endlessly worship and shower praise on them. And, again, they are not some form super-men that are somehow more manlier than men who didn't join the military. It's just ridiculous.
Profound respect for the Marines.

It’s respect for anyone, no
Matter who they are. I remember seeing a video of a plane landing in the us. The crew asked passengers to please remain seated while a coffin with someone who died in the armed forces, was removed, put into the hearse, then him & his family we’re driven away
😤😤😤 they took no damn notice! I don’t care who it was my backside would be seated until they had gone. I wouldn’t have been gawping out of the window either. I can’t tell you how angry I was watching it. I really can’t stand trump, but if it was him in the coffin I’d do the same. It’s respect. Have some yourself and show it for others. When someone has passed it’s very likely they will be leaving heartbroken people.
I taught in a school with a church about 100 metres away and it was one of the main routes to a cemetery and cremation site. So we’d set off somewhere with children and quite often a funeral would pass. The children would stand still, fall silent and avert their gaze. They didn’t have to be prompted. That’s children from 3 and half to 11. No excuses for adults. Is it because I’m in the uk 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t know
Maybe it’s because as a Brit I do enjoy a bit of pomp and ceremony. The precision & order appeals to the Aspergers part of me. I seem to remember a few years ago there was something for world leaders, most went to a famous and close by war memorial, cemetery. Trump didn’t. That’s disrespectful! I’m in engulf but while driving through France and Belgium we always stopped for a few minutes at least. In the uk during ww2 we held n**i (sorry I won’t say or type that word) state funerals for their officers killed over the uk. They are buried here, respect doesn’t cost much. I’m on the fence about having a full pomp and ceremony affair, but wasn’t a choice I had to make. My grandad was taken from his village in Ukraine at 14, taken to Germany to work on farms because they didn’t have enough labour. One farm treated him like a son. We have to keep in our minds not everyone is bad. If only world leaders had to fight in a ring instead of thousands of people dying
When his hat came off I could hear NCIS Gibbs saying ‘it’s a cover’
This is the type of halftime I love to see!❤
I cry every time. God bless the Marines. God bless our troops.
And a big F for the disrespectful players and staff.
@@allenmartin9375 unfortunately tv football goes on.

BREAD AND CIRCUSES..!
THERE'S NO FLAG LARGE ENOUGH TO COVER THE SHAME OF KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE..!
MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN ARMS HAVE KILLED INNOCENT PEOPLE AND HAVE DIED IN VAIN FIGHTING ILLEGAL WARS BASED ON LIES...
@ericradford2142 Shame on the owners! Padre God Bless our military 🪖 🙏. "Sra Isa"
I was in the Corps for eight years and go to see the Drill team, they are fantastic, if they ever come to a place near you go see them.
Thank you for your service, we're deeply appreciative of it.
I totally agree Dog68. Nothing like seeing them in person. Semper Fi (1969-1982)
Agree 2000%
@@HemetOCMACK Agreed. Explains why I too joined up while in High school & see it up close first hand. Semper Fi
I never get tired of watching this Drill Team! The players on the field should have yielded to America’s Best. It showed a blatant disrespect to these fine Men who fight for and defend this country!
Nothing Short of AWESOME. God bless the the United States Marines
Forget the football players. The real players are the United States Marines.
yes
Hoorah
Yes true!!! True heros
Fr
FACT!
Imagine the number of hours & discipline spent to perfect each performance. Throughly speechless! Wow…
They indeed Great.
Hi Mr Chong.
Love the marine corps. My father served in the Korean War and I joined right out of high school.
Thank you and your father for defending this nation.
Same with my father & later on same with me (serving right after high school). Wanted NOTHING to do with my old High school, much less my town/city/state/region & college & working 9-5 civiluan life).....Long story

This is truly an honor to be part of this elite unit. The tryouts are long and brutal. My friends son just made it to the platoon.
Thank you GUYS for your service to our Country
Players need to respect the Marines silent drill. Good job Marines. God bless 🙏❤️
thanks for your care and support Mrs. I really appreciate your efforts and concerns towards us .you can always reach me personal on my official number+ , I salute once again
These Marines just showed 100x more skill and discipline in 10 minutes, then all of the disrespectful NFL players combined.
And that is why I watch hockey
Says the dude with a confederate flag PFP 😂
@@cardboardboxman6345 Says the pokeman avatar, get back into grandma's closet.
Komisar 39 Aw is the traitor triggered because we slaughtered your racist buddies?
@@cardboardboxman6345 what does the confederate flag have to do with skill and discipline?
They were soo AMAZING!❤🎉
This takes discipline, and training and these are real men , fine looking men, men who protect a nation
My dad is a marine and he used to repeat for shows even in his spare time and permissions at home all day long, but some damn players can't wait 2 minutes until they are done but the marines can wait for them to clear the field, how disrespectful of the players!
because they slow af dude
it's not really up to the players. they're on a time slot schedule for the game. they've got stuff they've got to go through as well.... very likely not their choice to go out at that time....
@@salviaplot it’s not about that. It’s about respect the Marines deserve. You can’t tell me the football players are more important that those Marines ...
@@salviaplot That is in the handbook to march at that pace.
@@Fleato Just like it was not their choice to kneel for the anthem, right?
Smooth. The USMC Silent Drill Platoon just raised the bar once again for all Drill and Ceremony platoon work. Hoorah
DCI better
So much respect for the skill and discipline that they showed in this silent drill. So much respect 🫡
Ok, I have to admit our US Marines look pretty sharp... and this comes from a US Navy Vet....
Semper Fi Brothers.

Haha haha POG
wait till they see the crayons.

The amount of dedication & hard work just to perform this is just amazing to me.
I'm the son of a Devil Dog. And to have been raised on Marine Bases and to have witnessed the extremely hard work the men & women of The Corp put in to uphold Semper Fi was a blessing! Thanks to all The Devil Dogs & Veterans and active duty Service Members everywhere. Thank you!
Finally, a real halftime show
Just to see the sparkle of their belt buckles.....makes me feel proud...and safe.
Yes,......proud, and we need to remember, all Marines are trained, and trained and trained. this is what makes them so powerful....and feared by the enemy....and yes, makes me feel safe!!
God I feel awful seeing that lads head piece falling off. However it does go to show how professional these guys really are. L&R from across the pond lads! 🇬🇧❤️🇺🇸

Not sure why the NFL players thought it was a good idea to come on field while the Marines were still performing.
Use some goddam sense.
Manners & respect too
Because no NFL team respects the country or the flag anymore. Common knowledge now.
@@curtchapman3658 Thats not fair.
It be like no Americans care about democracy after Jan 6 insurrection.
We know thats not true. It really depends on the individual.
Because their overpaid morones thats the coaches fault
It's just another version of "the KNEEL"
The USMC Silent Drill Platoon is beyond epic - the hat falling off and being put back on is also awesome - I was wondering how they would do it - perfection!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
That was amazing!! Why on earth those football players couldn't stay off the field for 5 more minutes, I have no idea. But still the Marines put on a most professional show! The discipline and dedication is evident.
Because they are the colts and they are the worst team lmao
When I read the captions about the players returning, I was upset and agreed w/ the comments; but, upon actual inspection of the video, it provided a nice visual contrast of motion that, of all things, seemed to be visually pleasing in a sense.
Because they are getting paid and the NFL likes to stay on schedule 😊
Because they have to keep to a schedule. Why is everyone asking the same dumb question about this? Notice both teams came out and on the field at the same time? That's no accident. It was a televised game. It's not like they got in the way of the marines or anything. Some of y'all just wanna be offended for the sake of being offended.
The coach is the problem!
It is a joy to see that there are still young men in this county that represent pride, courage, and professionalism in the military. God Bless America
That’s my brother far left side in the front at the beginning coming out of the tunnel YESSIR !!!!!
very cool! All Americans are thankful to your brother for his service!! So well done!
