PERFECT ANNIHILAPE! Best Tera Raid Build Guide (Defiant, Adamant, Shell Bell, EV & IV Trained)

- In today's episode we will make a perfect Annihilape build complete with Defiant ability, Adamant nature, EV and IV training in HP and Attack, and the Shell Bell held item. This process should take you about half an hour to complete as long as you have the required items.
This build is great for tera raid battles of all kinds. It's a versatile player that I tend to use more than my other raid Pokemon choices. You definitely want to have one of these in your raid party!

A few weeks ago I saw the most beautiful thing for the Samurott seven star
It was a Evolite Tera ghost primeape build running anger point
I want to make this set alongside a regular Annihilape

Did put a little on my sp def and def to have a little bulk, I like pokemon thag is all around and can last long on raid

U can also use fresh start mochi to reset stats (dlc exclusive tho)
Your hp stat is higher than your defense and spdef stats so splitting the ev is better than putting it into hp, there is almost no situation where hp ev is useful
Example: Annihilape has l100 361hp, 216spdef, 171def. Putting 252ev to hp would raise it to 404hp, putting 128ev into spdef and 128ev into def (since you can use that extra 4ev now) would give you 248spdef and 203def. Damage is proportional to 1/(hp*type of defense)
calculations:
hp ev: 0.000011459 special, 0.000014475 physical
def split: 0.000011169 special, 0.000013645 physical
For more optimal results for annihilape put 252 into def and 4 into spdef for
0.000012765 special, 0.000011352 physical

Random question to solo tera raid do you have have to have say an azumarilll in a party with other types to boost its stats
having other types in your party does not boost your stats. i'm not sure what you meant by that. when you are in a solo tera raid it's actually easier because the NPC players don't count towards your deaths. hope that helps.

vitamins up the stat by 10. feather ups it by 1.
What is the benefit of shell bell over leftovers?
leftovers is a flat amount of hp recovered per turn at 1/16 of your max hp every turn, shell bell is 1/8th of the damage you deal to the enemy and the raids have so much health that you almost always hit high enough that you will regen more from shell bell than leftovers. that being said if you are running a defensive pokemon like toxapex or something you are probably better of using leftovers or another defensive item
Shell bell gives more HP back for a simple answer.

Just caught like 20-30 mankeys and they’re either vital spirit or anger point with some random nature that isn’t adamant.
Use an adamant mint to get the nature you want, you can buy it at the Chansey Supply shops across Paldea. Defiant is also a hidden ability, so you need to use an Ability Patch that are found in 6 * Raids or from the Academy Ace Tournement.
You are better off using nature mints to change your nature
use Ability Patch to get the Defiant..it unlocks the Hidden Ability and use Adamant Mint
It's imperative to use items. Nobody catches them with the ability just change it using items from raids.
