the hellcat videos are great
‘Well judged’ is starting to become a favorite phrase of yours but it doesn't quite cover the load I think.. well positioned maybe?
Y'all should stop going crazy over sponsorship because planet earth will be bankrupt one day because of it
I can tell there was smile on your face driving that Hellcat.
where is the intro music bro
I love how other cars move out of the fast lane so quickly. USA drivers, take notes.
For real. I’m sick of these ignorant fucks who don’t get outta the left lane... it’s for passing and/or making left turns
That’s Germany Baby
FOR SURE. I live in AZ, and we have a lot of people flooding in from CA unfortunately. You can always tell a CA driver (regardless of license plate) because they do this constantly. Then when you hit your turn sign to go around them, they intentionally try to stop you for no reason. It's as if they MUST be in front of you regardless of the speed they are driving. Pretty damn annoying. lol
Actually it the LAW over there. You actually get fined for going slow in the left lane. Better yet the ticket fine is based on how much you make. That's what tailgating is for. If you are being tailgated you are in the WRONG lane.
@@JerseyMikeP if only they did that in the US lol.
It makes this American happy to watch Europeans appreciate this mammoth of a beautiful muscle car
yeah thats one of the fun parts of when he does american cars. even if its a car im not really a huge fan of, i kinda root for it like "thats from my country, i hope he doesnt think our cars suck" lol. Sadly a lot of our cars do suck but the hellcat is one hell of an engine lmao. Throw that thing in anything and its gonna be a crazy fun vehicle
A lot of Europeans love muscle cars, mostly because we just don't have them here, Grass is always greener on the other side
If i would win the lottery i would buy a classic muscle car and a hellcat or something. i love American cars, just the sheer power of them and the sound. All we have here is retarded emission laws and insane taxes on cars with big engines.
HypNoEnigma I believe it. It’s dope that people out there appreciate that. Personally if I won the lottery I think I would buy me a 911. Either a 911 turbo s or a gt2rs.
@@ConLLee Ford Mustangs are soo popular in Germany.
I Think many germans like american cars because they are cheap but still have a lot of horsepower and offer plenty of space.

Autobahn is not in Amerika, it’s Highway but in Germany Autobahn you can a lot. Drive as fast as you want
@@billb.7346 yes indeed americans 🤣🤣 drivers love to sit in the left lane going below the speed limit
its like it was made for the Autobahn. Wish we had highways like that in the US.
We do try early in the morning or late at night
Germany has much better tests and training for there drivers license I wish the us would make it more strict and more intensive for our licenses.
We do, it’s called Florida Suburbs aka Bayshore Blvd.
@@PelicansCourtsideClub well this kind of people are common here in Germany as well.
Or the one who just pull out Infront of you with 120 while you're going 250kmh....
Tell me abt lol but there is Texas Houston highway
If that was the US, in one of the completely open areas, a dodge journey would just move out in front of you doing 80k for no reason other than to be in the left lane
This is why we can’t have nice things。
Living in Orlando, that pisses me off more than anything. Another annoying thing is when they finally move over to let you pass, they move right back into the left lane for no reason.
So, when my pops came home in '68 after serving in Vietnam, I accompanied him to the local Dodge-Chrysler-Plymouth sales lot. We looked over a couple Belveders, a Satellite, etc. All coupes. Pop didn't like the colors of what was on the lot and mentioned it to the salesman. My old man dressed the same way from the 50's up until he passed in 2009, so the salesman took him for a settled old crow.... which he was not! The car I grew up in to that point was a '57 Custom Royal Lancer and I remember him grumbling on occation when tuning the twin carbs. After Mr. Salesman considered his misconception we made our way into the showroom where an Orange 68' Superbee 383 Magnum set. It reminded me of those tart orange candy wedges with the frosting I loved so much. Pops looked over the motor compartment, then the interior and finally the ticket. He could see the excitement in my face (being an avid Hotwheels kid) and asked me what I thought of it. All I wanted to do is RIDE!!! And ride we did.
The moral of this story is this folks... after seeing Mopar climb back as a Muscle car again, I think about Pops and me going to the Baltimore Chapter Superbee Club meets, and roasting the tires for an 8th mile, and I swear I can taste those Orange candies.
Be well motorheads!
Love that the video made you share your story with the rest of us ❤️

@@jamesmaroon6161 I wish I did. He traded it in for a 76 El Dorado convertible . My brother got the Lancer
People driving on the autobahn are so polite!
We moved to Germany from the US. It's a rule, if a car is is coming up on you (in the fast lane) you must move over. No exceptions. Yeah, you do have people who don't. I have my 2013 Shelby GT500 here and it is a magnet. Everyone tries to keep up with it. Most of the time I keep it at a reasonable speed of 120-130 MPH, when I can. There is always road work going on the Autobahn.
Yep been to Germany tons of times some of the best roads and the people in their cars don't do what they do here in the USA hogging up the fast lane that stuff will not fly there in Germany my sister's then-husband we drove from Frankfurt Germany all the way to the border of Hungary at hundred fifty miles an hour Non-Stop I never felt more safe on any Highway than the Autobahn
@@paulc7572 The one thing I wish the US would take from the Germans is every 2 years your car must get a safety inspection by the TUV. They are super strict about safety. That would probably take 10-15% or more of the "crappy" cars off the roads. You must prove you have insurance and it costs about 2,000 euros to get a drivers license. There's no "fix it" tickets here, they impound your car on the spot.
Great left lane discipline unlike many Americans.
I was stationed in Germany for three years.........I passed on the right twice in all that time! I could beat that in 5 minutes here in the states! The driving experience there is like no other! My co worker says speed is dangerous. I say dumb people on the road at the real danger. I’ll take 100 speeders that know how to drive over one idiot doing the speed limit.
The one thing I loved about Germany was the driving discipline. NOBODY is going to camp in the left lane acting as traffic cop. Nobody is going to cut you off getting into the fast lane, when they see you coming up in their rear view they automatically move to the right. Driving bliss. Complete opposite of the road raging me first tools in the US.
There's no such thing as a fast lane it's called a passing lane you will get the same ticket for speeding in the left lane as you would in the right lane lol.
@@cmitch1755 There are no speed limits in the most parts of the Autobahn.
@Micheal ve how am I different?

Born in England, grew up in Jamaica, now living in the US. I've traveled and driven all over the world. US is the only country that folks will brake on you and literally lock up the brakes when you pull behind them in the fast lane. In other countries, they move over, and if they don't see you coming, all you have to do is flash your headlights.
Love the video, and the autobahn.

Wow hate is a very strong word and I think it is used excessively nowadays…
Just because this car does not appeal for some people does not mean they hate it…

@Taylor it's not happening at natural/stable levels due to human influence though, that's what's the issue is buddy..
I owned this car and it was awesome but we don't have the autobahn in the USA so you really can't use this as it was designed. Great review, I still love the Hellcat Charger.

"Over here we have so many regulations" meanwhile is on a highway with no speed limit
True, but he was talking about Netherlands whereas driving on a German autobahn ;-)
The autobahn is really the only cool thing about Germany when it comes to car laws (and the whole EU). Otherwise there are tons of regulations on modifications, insurance, what you can do to the body, and especially tons of emissions regulations that had already killed tons of sports cars unfortunately. It's why Germany will never have anything resembling American car culture. Where you're 16 years old building your own project car that you bought from your neighbor for $1000, mod it and build it up yourself and start driving it on the road and taking it to the dragstrip. I say that because that was me! Bought a fox body 1986 Mustang GT manual, engine and trans were in great condition. Cammed it, got headers and exhaust, 400whp. New rear end, SN95 brake conversion.
@@weasle2904 goals , im looking for my first project car now
@@ytee-lu5fg it's a pain in the ass especially when you need to get to work but you cant drive your car sometimes lol. I made the mistake of it being my only car.
@@weasle2904 Thats just wrong, I live in Germany and there definitly is a big modding community. However it is not as easy as in the US to modify your car. There are still plenty of young people building project cars and so on, but there is obviously a need for safety regulations if you want to have roads like the autobahn.

Holy moly. That motor sound
That car just keeps on making me smile just by hearing and looking at it.
Mopar guy here, owner of a '14 Charger RT and a '18 Charger Scat Pack.
Even at ~90k miles, the leather on our '14 Charger still looks and feels great. Some creases/wrinkles are finally beginning to creep into the seat bolsters (as they do on most any car over time), but compared to previous cars we've owned, it's def. minimal wear. And tbh, even if it's not BMW level leather, it's holding up under near daily use and that's what counts the most imo.
And fwiw, in 2018 we drove our Scat Pack halfway across the US, packed to the gills with stuff as we were moving to a new home. 2000+ miles total for the trip, and we still averaged just over 24MPG, and a smooth ride too. We were super impressed.
hey i have a question i want to buy a 14 - 15 Charger RT but there are high up in miles up to 100k miles. around how many miles do they need before problems start showing up? what would be good mileage too purchase a 14 or 15 Charger RT. also this would be my first car. i’m driving a sentra that was passed down to me
The leather in my 2012 Charger SRT is still perfect, but I still have under 60k miles on it.
It's so cool to see people getting out of the fast lane, I wish people in the US would do the same
You stopped at 299km/h 😔
Other than that, this is probably the best Hellcat review I have ever seen😁✌🏻

People dont realize how fun these are untill you drive them. Living in the US Southwest with miles of desert roads I am.getting the Ram TRX with this engine. Never seen my man enjoy a review as much as in this car.
Never thought that you could like it so much! 👍
Just recently bought a 2019 Challenger Hellcat and can say it's an amazing beast! The Hellcat is a bit unnerving especially at first because it is so big and heavy. It doesn't corner or handle the twisties half as well as my S550 Mustang GT, but on the freeway its right at home. Very comfortable for long cruises, and step on it to pass a pack of turtles its very easy to see the spedo rapidly climbing past 130.
You really think an S550 handles well ? I can’t imagine how the charger feels…
I hate my mustang because of the handling
@@nozopoke1782 Well then I suspect you have some issues with the Mustang. Whether it's those stock Pirelli tires (horrible) alignment, or maybe even driver problems. But even stock my S550 even without the PP held its own at the track against even some pretty well modded track cars. It's no Corvette, but getting a lot closer.

Great review! You nailed all of the high points of these cars. I’ve got a 2018 non wide body Hell Cat. Every time you drive it’s an event.
I’m not going to say what speeds, but my friend and I were driving a Challenger R/T on I-80 at speeds faster than what most people’s cars top off at, and that thing hit those speeds with ease. A Dodge muscle car with a hemi engine pushes so many boundaries. I always liked European cars, but man that thing stole my heart.
Those highways are meant for ME and that BEAST !
I had a lowly 392 charger (2016) with 485HP and I miss it to this day. Such an immature vehicle but completely grin inducing at all times (except over bumps). That only had 245 series rubber in back and wow did they get overpowered easily. Considering how raucous I was with that, I am not nearly responsible enough for a Hellcat (but I still look at them from time to time). Awesome review.

Nice thorough review. I was hoping this would be on the channel, just out of curiosity.

Other car companies have trim packages that come with different trim, maybe a few technology features, different suspension, different interior materials.
Dodges trim packages are basically "how much power and tire do you want?"
actually, they should just change the trim names on the line to just be numbers for the engine and tire size.
It would remove a lot of marketing from their pockets.
Could you imagine having a boss like dodge has? What we doing? Adding 700hp to our muscle car. Boss:ok. Next? Put it in our 4 door. Boss: cool. Next? How bout the Jeep with AWD? Boss: if you want? Unfortunately, you won't see this car much here in the Netherlands. The Dutch tax rules make this a super expensive car here.

I agree. I owned my ‘14 R/T for just over 3 years and got approximately 96, 000 problem-free miles out the engine. Other than my granny on a Sunday Morning or the occasional family member getting a ride, I pretty much had the car to myself the entire time. And what I can tell you is that coming from a 3 series BMW, there was a level of refinement and regality to the Charger that’s not typically found in its American contemporaries.
Overall it was a beautiful, absolutely wondrous automobile, stellar ownership experience and I got compliments on the vehicle until the day I traded it in on my Camaro SS. Never really wanted or expected to own a Dodge ever in my life but my car challenged my perception of the brand & what I can say is that Dodge really stands behind their product, I bought the car with an (unheard of original factory warranty of 6Yr/100k miles) and FCA performed all recalls and preventative maintenance free of charge. I only traded it in because I didn’t want to drive an out of warranty high mileage automobile and to get comparable performance to the SS in a Dodge would’ve warranted closer to 50k(ouch) so I went GM. But I wouldn’t hesitate to trade the SS in on a lightly used ScatPack if ever need be.
Tip: If you want top dollar for your trade, maintain your paint and perform a comprehensive detail on the car the day of the appraisal; you’d be surprised how much dealers are willing to offer you to park a well maintained high mileage V8 model on their used car lot 😉
They are literally almost the same car same chassis same engine duh
The charger has better aerodynamics than the challenger so charger has faster top speed, charger hellcat does 204 mph, challenger hellcat does 199 mph
2020 shelby gt500 video 🙏🙏
Insanes 280km/hr and sutil pushing…… what a hell of car, congratulaciones for driving such a beast
This man really enjoying it
*NEED THAT INTRO!!*
Dude don't dump it.
I'd love this... but I'd have to spend my entire pay check on taxes to maintain it 😥
Anyway, I'm glad to see that in 2020 we still have some good sounding cars!
Wait about 2 years, you'll get one at half price
@@danielfair4675 not anymore if anything snatch them up now that srt is gonna be no more
nobody gonna talk about that smooth little drift at 10:57 ?
DUDE, you can't stop the video right as you are passing 299kph. I lived in Germany for over 20 years and love driving on the Autobahn. It's weird looking at someone drive the speeds your driving and think that's what I used to do. It just looks so different on screen. The only thing is I never got to 300. I would hate it when I was doing 260 and a VW Passat would pass me. Never understood why. I also have to say "That's the way you drive a car" great job on the review. Stay safe.
"over here we have so many regulations" as he's doing 299 Km/h on the highway lol.
Noise regs, Co2 emission regs etc he talking about.
@@akmen95 It's interesting that when I lived in Germany back in '85, we had to remove the catalytic converter from my new Vette because unleaded fuel wasn't even available. Here in the US, they used to enforce noise regulations. Now it seems like every boy racer wants to have the loudest car (no matter how shitty it really is), and enforcement has gone away.
F8 Green is the coolest Dodge color.
I hate muscle cars in europe with racing stripes they look horrible
@@Chris-hw4mq they are the best
that or B5 blue
Crazy Plum Purple too is a nice color
I had one of these puppies up to 186 mph racing a non hellcat srt charger. Hella fun!
