Denying the charges is their right, and there's a little something called innocent until proven guilty. It's not like they've been caught on camera - there's just a vague text mentioned so far.

They have to ask quick easy questions so they can assign a level of priority to emergency services. A smashed head can mean a range of things, if they had said lots of blood or brain matter then the picture gets clearer

Tou Yube exactly, if someone told me a branch I’d expect a branch. I don’t blame the girl who called 911, she was very shocked and couldn’t find the proper word for it yk?
It was a freak accident, I’m sure they teens wouldn’t have thrown the log off the cliff had they known someone was under where from where it was being dropped
No, I'm very sure they knew, cause it seems that it's a tourist spot, since the young women was with a group of kids. The boys had to have been near the edge to even jolt a log, they probably even used a stick or their own body weight. It takes alot to push a thick log, but unfortunately they couldn't move there thick minds before they pushed it.
It would have helped noone to cry hysterically down the phone as if it was happening to them personally. The kid kept his cool. Someone who can take a pulse and accurately assess a situation? Thats the kind of person I'd want around in an emergency not some emotional wreck who can't keep it together
Why do video games matter? Why would they matter in the moment of seeing a woman’s head destroyed by a log? He was probably trying to keep calm in that situation
I live near here. I have been there several times. Absolutely gorgeous hiking. And tons of people. The trail at the top of the gorge has zero barriers except for some trees here and there. It's a sheer drop. Think I may even know what log they're talking about. I've commented several times that the large rocks & logs close to the edge should be removed so they don't fall on anyone. Never considered someone would actually shove it over the edge. The kids claimed they fidng know anyone was down there. Where it happened is a gathering spot. They knew. Even if they didnt see anyone there's no way in Hell they didn't hear them.
These boys deserve a severe punishment They killed a woman who has four children They made the children motherless What a sick and sinister thing they did
If there's two of them is should only take to police about 5 minutes to get to the truth. Put them in separate rooms and inform each one that the other one said it was their idea. Job done.
Imagine losing your wife, mother, sister or whoever, to something as stupid as this. It's totally unfair and I would struggle with accepting it for probably the majority of my life

“Hey Jake lets go push that big log and see what happens”
Jake: (Giggles) YEAH MAN!
The Lorax speaks for the trees.
The Lorax okay but like why’d you have to use my name
The Lorax you guys don’t even know the full story so as I. They may of not known there was a person there. If they did purposely push that log tho knowing there was a person there then a bullet to the head for both of them is needed.
@@leejones4429 we all do stupid things, I like to kick dry mud down a cliff and watch it roll. Reckless you may say. Pushing a log was maybe unnecessary. Next-time make sure they have a better view

I've been hiking since I was 12 and one thing that always ran through my head while standing at an overlook was to NEVER toss something DOWN because I just came from there and know someone can be down there. Ironically I always look up to see what or who is above.

the log hit her so hard it broke her camera apart? I drop my camera 3 ft and it falls apart.
Remind me many years ago two teenagers threw bicycle from high floor killed a pregnant woman
Did the kids know / was it obvious that there were people down there? Or did they just push a log down a cliff in the woods?
They pushed it on to a walking trail like they reported
Micheal Tython just deductive reasoning says they knew.. trust me they knew
Mao mao the girls Yea I’m aware they pushed it onto a walking trail. I watched the video. Did you read my comment?

It would have helped noone to cry hysterically down the phone as if it was happening to them personally. The kid kept his cool. Someone who can take a pulse and accurately assess a situation? Thats the kind of person I'd want around in an emergency not some emotional wreck who can't keep it together
Why do video games matter? Why would they matter in the moment of seeing a woman’s head destroyed by a log? He was probably trying to keep calm in that situation
Half Of Two lol that's such a witty response to someone speaking complete truth. Have fun freaking out in an emergency
those boys should’ve known better, my heart broke even more when it said she was a mom of 4
I live near here.
They knew. Even if they didnt see anyone there's no way in Hell they didn't hear them.
my prayers go out to this women's family ❤ This is very heartbreaking.
