- These are weddings that never happened. In 2015, Kilee Manulak destroyed her wedding gown after her fiance broke up with her via text message. In 2014, Ginger Alden, Elvis Presley's last love, spoke with Inside Edition about her memoir and their time together. In June, Kaitlin Palmieri was forced to put her life back together after learning her ex-fiance wasn’t who she thought he was. Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall has more.

Exactly, I know it’s cathartic, but she could have found another way of getting over the heartbreak, and she could have donated her dress or sold it at a discount to someone who couldn’t afford a nice wedding dress of her own.

Man no joke I got my braces off for my brother's wedding and I called his finance to let her know I had my braces off just for her to tell me she wasn't marrying my brother. He took off with someone 20 years older than him and cheated on his finance a week before his wedding. He did get married finally to someone else but my sister law is divorcing him. He can't stop cheating

I hate when people destroy their dress. Those things cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and if they can afford to just destroy them, they may as well donate them to someone who can’t ordinarily afford one so that person can feel good about the way they look on their wedding day.
So you know in some states if you become engaged in that person calls it off or cheats on you you can sue them

Second and third marriages, 60% and 73%. So whereas you’re saying there’s nothing wrong with getting married, that may very well be true! Tax wise there’s a huge advantage to getting married! Just depends on the lifestyle you want to live. Personally, I prefer as much autonomy as possible. If that special one comes around that makes me change my mind, I don’t mind entertaining the idea. But at 37, I’m not seeing it happen for me. I mean my folks just celebrated 21 years married so more power to those who make it work 🫡
