I have a step son who was 5 when I married his dad. The boy was very angry. Angry at me. At my daughter. He got violent. Tearing the house apart. Threating to stab or kill me and my daughter. It got hard. But I forced my love on him. One day he was so mad his dad had to work, he punched me in the face and screamed and did his normal tear everything out of the fridge, I saw him going foe my grandmas porclen dolls again. I grabbed him and held him and screamed " I LOVE YOU" for abt 10 min. Eventually he looked at me. And he just cryed. A year later, (there were issues with his mother not wanting him) he asked me to be his mom. I'd never been happier
This is the kind of contribution to a sad story, I'm so glad to hear what you did, to understand what's behind his anger, and have held him and give him love, rather than react to anger with anger or admonishment. Takes a lot to do that.

I once saw a 6 year old tear apart an entire classroom, throwing speakers and books. And have five adults struggle to hold him down all over a book. Little kids can do things like this
I had to have blood drawn. Took 6 Male nurses, 2 women nurses, and my grandma to hold me down. I threw them around easily until they all gang up...The doctor was the only one to apologize and stop it. The others including my grandmother took personally stating I was 8 and not a baby and to grow tf up. I was shaking and crying. I was that afraid of needles at the time. Keep in mind they had me also sitting and I didnt start to freak out until they lost patience and started trying to hold me down. Never forgave any of them. Went back for more blood, lady was there, asked her and my grandma rudely to go away or I am not going in the room. She started to get rude back, this time my grandmother stood up for me and told the lady to pack her attitude and get out of my face. The next nurse knew about what happened and reported all of it. The hospital sent me a letter of apology and fired them all.
Amber D. I think she kept changing her story and the child has such a injury only a adult can do so how can u find her innocent Are u related to her or know her personally
Amber D. Yes u are allowed n it’s also my thought. I’m not saying u r wrong she may b innocent she may not. Just curious if u know her personally if not ok
Ohh. I apologize rose, I thought you were being satcastic, my fault. No I don't know her personally. I just get a strong sense of this not being right. I have seen a lot of crime shows and went to school for forensic psychology and she is one of the very rare few ppl that I've seen that I think is likely innocent. You must be like 13 years old. It's normal to refer to age in months for under two years old. Plus if she's 20 months then she's not a year... it's like if my birthday were in four months but I'm already saying that I am 25. That doesn't make sense
I wouldn't have moved in with him until the issue with his daughter was settled. I'm not gonna trap my defenseless children in a home with someone who sees them as a threat.
I can see many mistakes. 1. No stair gate. 2. Not watching the children or checking them often 3. Allowing a violent child around the young 2 year old. I mean, there's more but dang. Over my dead body would I just allow this all to even get this far. What a bad parent.
@Noella McKenzie I lived in a house with stairs when my son learned to crawl and walk. That doesn't make me a dumbass. What would have made me a dumbass was if I weren't watching my son or didn't take certain precautions and he fell down the stairs and died.
I trust you on this .. I am an elementary school teacher and I've seen some "bad" children... not the naughty bad but ... bad, very bad. One particular student (got expelled for hurting other students a dozen times) would look me dead in the eyes and smile "I did not do it", you could show him the CCTV of him doing it, and he would still smile "he made me do it". Blaming the victim very early on.
Ya. I filled in at a local daycare owned by a friend. Her son flipped a huge table and left bruises all over me. He was 6. That was when I was really young and I could hardly believe my eyes how strong he was. It was scary. Since then I have lived and seen that this happens more than many realize.
True. We had a 6 year old slash his parents with a knife because he didn't get McDonalds. The mom lost movement in one leg. It's sad but kids are capable of horrible things when they want to be.
Just because they're sisters it doesn't mean anything. Oh that's her sister she would never hurt her blah blah blah. There have been a lot of cases where kids have injured and or killed their siblings.
exactly, I've heard plentyyy of stories of cousins beating, raping, choking, and doing all sorts of "innocent kid things" (they're not really innocent, just some parents go through great lengths to defend or justify the actions of children) to each other. The eight year old pushing her sister down the stairs is pretty reasonable.
[Merci] Merciless-Killer Ever had a toddler? They get out of cribs like little gymnasts. My daughter was climbing out of hers before she was even close to one year. This girl was two.
Wait....A tiny little girl slammed her, a full grown adult against a wall?. Yeah, okay, sure. Just by that bs I know that everything that comes out of that woman's mouth is a lie.
You're all wrong. I have 3 kids. We play wrestle all the time & my 5 year old can take me out and I'm over 9st. My 9 year old can pick me up & also give me a piggyback. Also my 5 year old climbed on the TV cabinet to get a balloon & pulled the TV down on herself. My eldest daughter was 8 at the time & managed to hold the corner of the TV so my youngest girls legs weren't being crushed while I climbed over the safety gate to rescue her. Believe it or not kids aren't at fragile and weak as they look. I'm NOT in any way sticking u for this woman im just stating that kids can move adults.
I don't know why everyone thinks an 8 year old is not capable of this. I wouldn't put it past an 8 year old to harm a small child to this extent, especially if the dad knew she would have violent outbursts. I also would have outbursts like that when I was like 8 or 9, and it drove my parents crazy. I would constantly leave bruises on my sister. I grew out of it eventually, but I don't think it's impossible for an 8 year old to injure someone.
Mallory Johnson exactly! Have you ever see dr Phil episode with the evil 12 year old girl named aneska There are kids out there who are psychopaths and do kill people and animals it’s scary
right? I remember my cousin at 8 pushed my 2 year old cousin (her brother) down the stairs. He went to the hospital and is okay now, but the point is that it's possible for children to do things. We don't all get free passes because of our age.
I believe this woman.....when they questioned the 8-year-old, she apparently seemed like she didn't care. She said she didn't know what happened. I seriously think this 8 year old is guilty. BTW: You can't put someone in jail unless proven guilty. They weren't even sure, and they just put her in the slammer. If there's a break in this case, that'll be a shame. The lady put in the slammer for 20 years, for nothing....
G 6 Imagine being 8 years old her parents splitting up and a new mom figure comes in with no warning the father should of given his child more time to adjust. I feel so bad for this kid who knows the pain she went through.
I was put in jail for 22 hours and my "case" was dismissed. I was innocent. lot of people go to prison for YEARS and are found innocent. check out "innocence project".
I have a friend that has a tattoo like that and she is married and has a 4 yr old daughter. she does not hurt her 4 yr old daughter. she's a sane woman. she's a great mother and wife and friend. Tattoos doesn't mean shit.
I believe the stepmom too. My stepdaughter acted sadistic and psychopathic ever since I met her at 2 years old. No one believed me until they, personally, were around her long enough. I was afraid to leave her alone with my kids because she would go out of her way to hurt them with a smile on her face. Every time I tried to teach her why something she did was wrong, she made it perfectly clear she had a proper understanding of what I said, but she always seemed to use the information she retained later on to twist it and act badly. It was actually very disturbing and mentally exhausting. Don't forget that bad people were all once very young. Not all of them were just like heartbroken in their lives (or however TV shows make it look like) and become bad people. Some people are just very twisted in the head from early on. I can't say for sure, but at least sometimes i think they learn it if they observed unfiltered really toxic behavior from a parent or guardian. Kids watch everything.
I dont because she said her, the 8 year old daughter and her son were outside and anna was taking a nap if the 8 year old daughter was with her and her son how could she have committed the crime?
I know Emily. I was in the Navy with her. I remember when the story broke on the ship years ago. She was a weird chick but didn't seem like the kind of person that would kill a child. Crazy that this is still a developing story.
ii universalii 2012 I believe. I was on CVN 77 from 2011 - 2015 and it happened shortly after I got there. We also crossed paths in our A-schools, so I knew her prior to being stationed on the ship.
Assuming that she's telling the truth... (I personally doubt it, but ASSUMING she is...) then, as she and her husband have stated, they believed the eight year old to be violent, jealous, and malevolent. So, why on EARTH would you leave such a violent/uncaring/cruel child with another who could possibly be hurt by the first? Even if the older sister killed the toddler, I see Emily Defries as wholly responsible on the bare fact that she left two children alone: one who was helpless and the other whom she believed to be violent and explosive. That is fucked on it's own, let alone what I truly believe happened... which certainly doesn't involve another child.
i read a post once ...mom did not know what to do anymore her two 5 yrs old children ,boy and girl literally fought to death drawing blood ,biting each other ,beating other one up ...she was just desperate single mother who had none to help ..and was wondering what else she can do..she literally kept them separated in 2 different rooms ......
Gingerbread_Lesbian If she is telling the truth then it’s not like you can never make sure that forever and always, that the two sisters are not alone together for a couple of seconds occasionally. It’s impossible not to happen sometimes. Literally.
Ollie Oil She was in the backyard or frontyard I guess but she should still be able to hear it since its a long flight of stairs as well which means the sound should be loud enough.
Amy Hassan not always. I was incredibly clumsy as a child (and still am) and I feel down 15 stairs (not rolling, just my foot slipped and I slid down on my butt and back) when I was 6. My grandma and my mom were outside with my 2 siblings and other children. They didn't here a thing until I came outside crying and telling them I fell. Kids are loud af, and depending on how much the child weighs, the sound would not be loud enough to hear over children playing.
I agree, she should have a least heard the toddler screaming especially what the autopsy findings were. That house is huge with vaulted ceilings so the sound would carry and echo even out doors.
I don't believe it was the 8yr old...If she was mad at daddy for bringing this lady into the house like she claims, why not hurt the ladies son not her little sister..IDK!! im just not believing her story... 😒😒
@Level 4999 crook Exactly. Little things like saying her eyes needed to adjust stands out because it's truthful. It's the details that not only make a difference but you can mentally see what she is talking about. You're able to visualize a lot better. It's like if someone said the wind was blowing so strong outside they could see the trees swaying while the leaves passed over my shoes. All about details.
Everytime I watch crime daily I keep seeing comments about complaining about the reuploads If you have a problem don't watch IT. You don't see me complaining about that. Maybe there are some people who haven't seen It.
The idea that you not complaining means everyone elses complaints are invalid is absolutely meaningless. Second of all you seem to misunderstand how youtube works. Once they upload a video, it's there. It's on their account, it doesn't leave. If someone has not seen a video yet, they can go fucking watch it. They are reuploading videos for views to get more money and it's technically against youtubes policy.
@@Lb-ir1gb; A kid in foster care stomped on a child's head after she dropped him on the floor because he wouldn't stop crying. After she'd done that and he'd stopped, she picked him up and put him back like nothing ever happened. Her bio mom thinks it was all just an accident.
Navy, notorious for being unpushable. I don't think the child lifted her up with 1 arm and threw her ffs xD She's stick thin, doesn't take a bodybuilder to push her.
I've been taken down by a THREE YEAR OLD, the strength of a child who has a goal should not be underestimated. As an eight year old I could've knocked my father into a wall and broken my mother's bones if I wanted to. I 100% believe a violent 8 year old could slam a woman into a wall
No comment on whether or not that’s the truth, some kids are violent and powerful and if she was a bully, I could see her doing that to the little girl. I’m a former day care worker and a nanny and I’ve been around kids with serious anger issues. They have no restraint on their rage.
MACI BOZEMAN they can be tedious, even if they’re not, I honestly doubt the eight year old little girl decided to murder a baby. It seemed as if the mom was looking for someone, anyone, to blame for what she did.
LikeWowLala Okay, but doing CPR on her doesn’t mean anything. As you said; *most* murderers don’t do CPR. Also, how can you prove that she actually did the CPR?
The mom doesn't exactly act like a grieving mother, more like she has a personal vendetta... Not to mention the mother supposedly knew there was abuse yet as a mother did nothing?!
I am truly sad .that she's in jail for that..children's all over through fits. I work with children's now and have been for over 20 plus years and raise my own children ..and these kids now a days..curse, hit, kick at adults ...very disrespectful
I don’t understand how a father at that couldn’t get his little girl in line he just probably let her get away with stuff being too passive bc makes no sense or should’ve got her some help before it lead to this smh
Keep violent kids away from other children when they are upset. Anticipate their reactions, be one step ahead. Be smart people! It's her fault she was supposed to be watching her!
Girl she ain’t fucking psychic you can’t always be on top of the game and know everything thats about to happen. Also kids are slippery you can’t always be on them. You should be way smarter than this. It’s not her fucking fault. Shes human. Y’all expect mfs to be robots or some shit meanwhile y’all kids hate you.
Well here I go again: 1- I believe her Innocence because she genuinely looks happy on her photos before this.. and happy people don't try to change anything in their lifes.. 2- she sounds legit and quite reasonable.. she has no violent record and it counts a LOT.. 3- She could beat the annoying 8yo and didn't.. it doesn't make any sense her beating the innocent toddler.. But it doesn't explain if the 8yo girl beated her sister to death why she didn't hear any prior cry.. although I don't think the 8yo girl neither she killed the toddler.. I think it was real mother that kept with minor beatings to discount the separation on her and those were mounting on her little body till a minor incident on the house got fatal.. the real mom is the guilty one.. that's my veridict..
Let's be logical . This happened the DAY AFTER she got engaged . Do you think a woman who just got engaged would throw her life away the day after by brutally beating the shit out of a toddler ? Or maybe just maybe the 8 year old kid who was beyond upset DADDY got a new wifey decided to take her frustrations out on the only person she could AND get Dads new bitch out of the picture . My fucking 7 year old cousin strangled my puppy cold fucking blood pooping its eyes out of it's sockets and my aunt just refused to admit he did it even though there's video of him entering our garage and leaving .
I don't like to point fingers either, not without all the data. In general, I feel they tried to force the kids to get along without much supervision. I grew up knowing kids who are violent and it is often from how they are brought up and how the parents deal or not deal with their kids' emotions. Though I am sure if the kids were fighting the mom would have heard. I say the parents should take full responsibility for their kids' actions. Though it really is just a very sad story for their kids and the little girl who lost her life. Though pointing fingers is not going to help much.
I have seen this years ago on 48 hours or something, and Emily is innocent from what I figured after finding out more about the crazy sibling. Emily looks a bit weird and sociopathic in these interviews..maybe prison got to her?? But wow she looks so different compared to prison and the skinny tanned blonde she used to be! Wow
Some people laugh as a coping mechanism. I laugh when I’m upset to stop myself from crying. But it doesn’t always work like it didn’t for her cause her true emotions came out and she started crying. Educate yourself you sound stupid. You’re trying to place the blame on someone who wasn’t even there use your fucking head
When I was a toddler, another kid tried to push me down the stairs. I don’t even know if he knew what he was doing. We were the SAME age. That’s why it didn’t work. He wasn’t strong enough and I remember hanging onto the baluster and swinging round. You’re telling me that one of the adults in the house could’ve been blamed, if there weren’t witnesses like my own mother there? That makes me sick.
hey I've babysit many kids for years and they can do some damage. The younger they are the less aware they are of the real consequences physically and mentally
Politically Incorrect yeah exactly. The older girl didn’t even come and get the adult. Anyone would of heard a fall from inside and if she was truely worried she would of came out and grabbed the adult
Politically Incorrect Me too, but knowing the history and leaving them alone for such a long period of time is still negligence on the step moms part. Either way she should be punished. I hope the older girl gets professional help for her outbursts before it's entirely too late to help her. In effect, this man lost his entire family that day. Poor man!
So people like Emily are behind bars for things they did not do, and plenty of evidence shows it, yet people like Casey Anthony with everything pointed to her gets away free.
Rachel Sanchez ive seen some big 7 year olds im only 5'0" my daughter is like over half my size. If she wanted to push me she might actually be able to do it
She called the cops very quickly, and the child has hurt and been aggressive to children before and then this happened? I wouldn’t of completely ruled that or
She doing all this extra shit that she needed to blame the 8y/o really if so you would have pumped the breaks to his proposal knowing his oldest daughter has a anger issues with you moving in with your little child. A selfish person just wanted to be loved by a man who came with a package you had to deal with not only with what you already had 😒
I wouldn't have moved in until the child was recieving behavioral therapy and we were married. Even if she didn't commit the murder she definitely was neglectful. She should have never left any of the children unsupervised with the oldest child around. I would have security camera in the house and never leave her alone with the children until a professional says it is safe and is 16 years old.
i believe her. her emotion seems so genuine. it is a mistake that there wasn’t a gate or anything, but she genuinely doesn’t seem like she ever wanted to hurt her. And it makes sense with the anger of the older daughter, she was only 8, she most likely didn’t understand how fragile toddlers are and took her anger out on her.
I honestly don't believe she hurt Anna, if any of those kids were going to be a victim of child abuse I would assume it would be the 8yr old, the one actually causing problems for everybody else. I really think the jury has it wrong on this occasion.
I feel so bad for this small baby I hope she goes to heaven I’m not doing this for the likes I just hope all children who sadly pass away get be in heaven for not having a chance to live a full life 🙏
I do not think Emily was responsible for Anna‘s death. I think it was the oldest daughter because in the tape Emily stated that Brandon‘s older daughter would have explosive tantrums and some other issues. And yes eight--year-olds are capable of doing a lot and as Emily said children around the same age have murdered their younger siblings.
When I was a kid another child, one that was younger but still bigger than me, would repeatedly assault my 11 year old body and mind in ways most _adult_ woman fear. He was a 10 year old kid. Kids _CAN_ do absolutely terrible and disgusting things...but that doesn't mean the 8 year old sister did it. This theory is completely plausible, and it should be investigated, but it's still not a sure thing. Unfortunately we may never know for certain...However if this really is the case, if it's true that she did abuse and cause the death of her baby sister, she may be at risk of hurting herself and others...Children that commit serious offenses as a child are at a higher risk of reoffending, they're also more likely to escalate the severity and brutality of their crimes. Without treatment or intervention she could be a danger to herself and others...A prospect that is even more terrifying to say the very least.
First question from 911 is “where is your emergency?” and she replies with “my stepdaughter fell down the stairs.” Often those tell a “story” to 911 with all the preplanned details to say. They don’t actually answer the questions being asked. It’s a sign of guilt or covering up what truly happened. Blaming an 8 year old is just messed up.
Bridget McGaughey that was the most outrageous reach I’ve ever seen. Often times, someone in shock, isn’t hearing questions... her step daughter fell down the stairs and that’s where her mind was. I’ve yet to see many people call 911 and answer questions immediately in a crisis. It usually takes them a few seconds/minutes to get on track because the situation is shocking to them.
This woman is innocent. She shouldn’t be blamed for a horrible scene! I have a feeling it was................the sister!! The mother clearly said she wasn’t in the house until she found her that way.
Dude my brother pushed my little sister down the stairs when she was 3... Kids don't know better unless you teach them. These things happen and it's heartbreaking.
When there are children, you hold their hand walking up and down stairs. You treat them like they're fragile. And anyone bringing another, non biological person in the home, is usually a recipe for disaster.
Jazmine Lashe exactly! It’s her step daughter. If she would have said my daughter and the police would have got there asking about things that she may know nothing about because she is NOT the birth mothers so it’s best to let them know.
Ashley Bertling I think it’s more telling by the fact she doesn’t say ‘my stepdaughter isn’t breathing, help me’ or something along those lines. When they say straight up what happened instead what’s wrong with the child, it’s as though they are telling a story rather than asking for help for what is actually going on
I have a step son who was 5 when I married his dad. The boy was very angry. Angry at me. At my daughter. He got violent. Tearing the house apart. Threating to stab or kill me and my daughter. Yeah. 100% great parenting totally not sarcastic. 😒
but don't forget its the older kids fault 🙄 how *believable*
People dont realize that when a kid is mad enough they get a lot of strength and they don't realize they have it.
As specially at 8, if the baby was 5 or 6 then I would doubt her but the baby is 20 months old. It’s 100% possible for the girl to kill her
It’s what they say about baby rattlesnakes there more dangerous cause they don’t realize how dangerous they are
And an 8 year old has a lot of power over a baby not even 2 years old
Like the other girl who stomped a babies head when it started crying.
Its an 8 year old girl, it was more than likely the mother
Honestly the stepmom looks sadder than her real mom.
My opinion🤷♀️
Uuhhh bc the step mom's going to prison either bc she killed a kid or bc she got framed by a dumb bitch of a kid.

The girl was 8...You obviously don't understand the trauma of living with someone who has a mental disorder.
@Noella McKenzie I lived in a house with stairs when my son learned to crawl and walk. That doesn't make me a dumbass. What would have made me a dumbass was if I weren't watching my son or didn't take certain precautions and he fell down the stairs and died.
I believe her. Mistakes were definitely made. There wasn’t a gate, etc. but I don’t think she did it.

When you work in a children's mental health hospital and stories like this are not uncommon.
@@benjaminhurley6460 Absolutely!
Just because they're sisters it doesn't mean anything. Oh that's her sister she would never hurt her blah blah blah. There have been a lot of cases where kids have injured and or killed their siblings.
@MACI BOZEMAN i think that rape should be considered abuse too. Rapists are taking advantage of someone without their consent.
exactly, I've heard plentyyy of stories of cousins beating, raping, choking, and doing all sorts of "innocent kid things" (they're not really innocent, just some parents go through great lengths to defend or justify the actions of children) to each other. The eight year old pushing her sister down the stairs is pretty reasonable.
I boo hoo I don't care the baby is hurt

Wait....A tiny little girl slammed her, a full grown adult against a wall?. Yeah, okay, sure.
Just by that bs I know that everything that comes out of that woman's mouth is a lie.
Aviation Nut yeah do you see how skinny that girl is and how scary that 8 year old is
It sounds unlikely but she was a tiny woman.
That woman was in navy before, do you think they just drink tea and chat there? She is trained and strong woman.
Aviation Nut excuse u I'm nearly the size of an adult and my lil 7 year old Brother can do it🙄 u a single child
Maybe the 8 year old had violent outburst from all the changes in her life. This poor kid had no one to turn to and say hey I understand.
I used to whip my brother with bull kelp...left giant welts. Kids do stupid things that can hurt others.

BTW: You can't put someone in jail unless proven guilty. They weren't even sure, and they just put her in the slammer. If there's a break in this case, that'll be a shame. The lady put in the slammer for 20 years, for nothing....

I don’t
They messed up the re-enactment by not having a toddler but a bigger kid instead so you think it’s the older sister who fell 😳
I know Emily. I was in the Navy with her. I remember when the story broke on the ship years ago. She was a weird chick but didn't seem like the kind of person that would kill a child. Crazy that this is still a developing story.
Vince when did it happen
No one seems like that though. People who do this often do not know hey are capable of it either.
ii universalii 2012 I believe. I was on CVN 77 from 2011 - 2015 and it happened shortly after I got there. We also crossed paths in our A-schools, so I knew her prior to being stationed on the ship.
Vince How was she weird?

I think she is, but it's just what I think, people/kids, have mental issues, and illnesses. You may not know what they are capable of.
she didn't have a choice, she was at work it
i read a post once ...mom did not know what to do anymore her two 5 yrs old children ,boy and girl literally fought to death drawing blood ,biting each other ,beating other one up ...she was just desperate single mother who had none to help ..and was wondering what else she can do..she literally kept them separated in 2 different rooms ......
Gingerbread_Lesbian As a parent you know your children but you never want to even think they could be capable of killing their siblings.

If she is telling the truth then it’s not like you can never make sure that forever and always, that the two sisters are not alone together for a couple of seconds occasionally. It’s impossible not to happen sometimes. Literally.

The sound of the body falling down the stairs should be loud enough.
Amy Hassan Idk I think she was outside of her house with the two other kids
TheZombifiedFairy I see, maybe it's the difference in the countries since I don't live in America.

Why would she bother to mention her eyes adjusting to light? People that lie will fill their stories with pointless detail to mask the truth.
Maybe she's nervous. You don't know. Neither do I. No one but the step mom knows.
I agree. It's as if she's trying to be believable with petty details like that. I immediately noticed when she stated it.
@Level 4999 crook Actually both. If you're too detailed its suspicious, if you're lacking details it is also quite suspicious .
Pretty much white history
Everytime I watch crime daily I keep seeing comments about complaining about the reuploads If you have a problem don't watch IT. You don't see me complaining about that. Maybe there are some people who haven't seen It.
Neddy Constant exactly but the sad part is that then we don’t get “new” episodes that we haven’t seen for that day
The idea that you not complaining means everyone elses complaints are invalid is absolutely meaningless. Second of all you seem to misunderstand how youtube works. Once they upload a video, it's there. It's on their account, it doesn't leave. If someone has not seen a video yet, they can go fucking watch it. They are reuploading videos for views to get more money and it's technically against youtubes policy.
So the fact that you’re not complaining means no one else can? Who made you head of the complaint department?

That’s right there’s no proof. Yet she’s in jail despite the lack of evidence.
She said the 8yo was outside when it happened.
I agree but when children get mad enough they get really strong and don't realize it.

She doing all this extra shit that she needed to blame the 8y/o really if so you would have pumped the breaks to his proposal knowing his oldest daughter has a anger issues with you moving in with your little child. I believe her. I truly do.
I wouldn't have stayed with him after that daughter acted out with me DUECES
Right!!!
i believe her. her emotion seems so genuine. it is a mistake that there wasn’t a gate or anything, but she genuinely doesn’t seem like she ever wanted to hurt her. And it makes sense with the anger of the older daughter, she was only 8, she most likely didn’t understand how fragile toddlers are and took her anger out on her.
Why can’t people believe kids can kill. Kids aren’t always the innocent angels they’re made out to be.
Especially if they have mental illness such as anger problems

I do not think Emily was responsible for Anna‘s death. I think it was the oldest daughter because in the tape Emily stated that Brandon‘s older daughter would have explosive tantrums and some other issues. And yes eight--year-olds are capable of doing a lot and as Emily said children around the same age have murdered their younger siblings.
i don't know, the actual mom dosen't even seem the affected.. she was literally smiling when describing her child dying...
Twenty months kids should be given to mom's custody
I believe her! She has a good life, doubt she'd ruin it.
People are talking about the mother not seeming like she cared,I think she was trying to smile to keep from breaking down but emotion overwhelmed her.
Miyah Love I agree totally
This woman is innocent. She shouldn’t be blamed for a horrible scene! I have a feeling it was................the sister!! The mother clearly said she wasn’t in the house until she found her that way.

Dude my brother pushed my little sister down the stairs when she was 3... Kids don't know better unless you teach them. These things happen and it's heartbreaking.
When there are children, you hold their hand walking up and down stairs. You treat them like they're fragile. And anyone bringing another, non biological person in the home, is usually a recipe for disaster.
All I had to hear was “my STEPDAUGHTER fell down the stairs” and I knew wtf really happened.
Ashley Bertling that’s beautifully perceptive
Ashley Bertling tf she pose to say her DAUGHTER 😑 it ain’t her child stfu
Jazmine Lashe exactly! It’s her step daughter. If she would have said my daughter and the police would have got there asking about things that she may know nothing about because she is NOT the birth mothers so it’s best to let them know.
Ashley Bertling I think it’s more telling by the fact she doesn’t say ‘my stepdaughter isn’t breathing, help me’ or something along those lines. When they say straight up what happened instead what’s wrong with the child, it’s as though they are telling a story rather than asking for help for what is actually going on
That shows how close she felt towards her to say stepdaughter when it wasn't official yet. Sad
She doesn’t buy me!
The older sister comes of a bit psycho. I think she did it.
