Connecticut Style Lobster Rolls

  • I took some fresh lobster meat and made Connecticut style lobster rolls. I started by melting butter in a pan and then added salt,pepper, garlic and some fresh lemon juice. I then poached the meat in the butter until warm.
    I used split top buns and toasted the outsides for that nice golden crust.
    Opened them up and loaded them with lobster meat. Topped with some fresh lemon and it was ready to eat.

    If you make a huge batch and don’t finish. How long can you keep the cooked/buttered lobster in the fridge for?
