@@AdamFloro Uhh.. that's not a thing. Salt, even when it's kosher, comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Also, it tends to dissolve in the food. Shape does not have an impact on quantity. Most food takes a fair amount of salt but some food doesn't need any.

Matty is one of the most knowledgeable chef I have ever known on RUclips. I followed his recipes many times and my food was fucking awesome.
I have some pretty bad depression just from past family treatment and events but not only do these videos teach me a TON about cooking and push me to go buy ingredients myself and try them out but Matty just makes me happy about life, gives me a hope and reason to keep going and live my life. I love that so much so thank you Matty and Vice❤️

There is no humane way to kill a lobster because they have no pain receptors. Also, killing them before putting them in the water isn't as fresh. I'm pretty sure it even ruins that part of the lobster.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA....so, I'm in the kitchen about to start dinner. I always like to watch professional chefs talk about cooking while I'm cooking --- because I'm a pro-fess-OR. NOT! So I typed in Lobster sandwiches (which I'm not having tonight). OK - so I stumbled on this video. Immediately, my attention was caught by his sheer humor. Having to keep an eye on dinner and his conversation, I found I needed to turn the fire down and pay attention to a guy who sticks his fingers in boiling water. The entire video had me captivated - but his ending comment about TRUMP just made me roll on the floor. We all need to subscribe to a guy that polishes a genuine vibe.
