I still remember how bland she was back in 2019. Now she's a very respectable character.
The issue was her original voice actress. With all due respect, that girl didnt know what she was doing. Its like they grabbed the office secretary and asked her to just read some lines out loud.

I don’t think we’ve seen the last of the Penitent One. I’m sure he will show up in the sequel in either a cameo or minor appearance. I have a feeling if he is presented as ascended or godly he will be an enemy!!

It's not what they "said", it's what their actions represented. They believed that their god had fallen silent because the church and its people had strayed too far. The Penitent One stealing Mea Culpa was simply the final straw.
@TheInhumanOne I was joking, but I appreciate your reply! I've heard another channel relate the eradication of the brotherhood to the vision Escribar mentioned when we first met him of the Penitent One coming for him. Their explanation was that he had them all eradicated out of fear, since he had no way of knowing which one of them would kill him, I was curious to hear your thoughts?

I imagine her special ability would be telaportaton and the game should put in a way to teleport or portal to another map
@@TheInhumanOne Sounds like Silksong and Blasphamous 2 will basically follow similar paths. Silksong might be released in 2023 for all we know.
I hope it comes out this year, it’s been delayed for so long.

Trust me I know. I took a 2 year hiatus after it first launched and revisited it several months ago. The map used to be so terrible! Lol
