Whenever I’m talking with my friends about who won this battle, I always give the same answer. “Which one decided to stop making rap music afterwards?”
what battle?? there is no battle, em wins it all the time, because if i stock on your theory and no one stops making rap music afterwards nobody wins, and i like rock music so his voice sounds great in that genre, i actually did not like mgk and hip hip, i likes like 2 or 3 hiphop songs of him but with the rock albums i listen full album, so its like the distracks made new fans XD
I mean I can totally see your point and sure em won BUT MGKs career went to the moon after that. Today he is headlining the biggist festivals in the world, sold out tours and has two number one albums. In ma oppinion a loser looks different. And of course em showed once again that he is the rap god but we all where very aware of that before but MGK is a good rapper thats just fact even if u all dont like him but he really has skills and some good rap songs. MGK would've been respected for his beef with Eminem, even though he clearly lost, the Hip Hop community would've respected him.
But how he conducted himself during and after the beef, acting like a bipolar teenager on twitter and in interviews is why people don't respect him in Hip Hop and really lost the beef.
He literally dug his own grave during that beef, it's not like he lost that badly, he just made every situation so much worse.
In Hip Hop, as an MC, you keep dissing the artists on wax, not crying about it on social media.
He was never anything other than mediocre, but he still works, earns money, has an audience in the US… so everything is good. Honestly, this whole thing was super childish and kinda pathetic but he was worldwide know person for a minute, until everyone outside of America forgot about him.
@@sana3843 Exactly, he's always been mediocre and had a chance to gain some respect with his beef with Em
Even though he clearly got beat from Not Alike and Killshot

Kill shot was tight AF. I’m about to listen to it now actually. MGK used rap to become famous
No other rappers throughout the career of Eminem's rap music time has ever survived or successful in dissing Eminem or slim shady.
And the man is like in his 50s almost.
MGk is some hybrid version of a soft rock pop artist with a touch of rap material.
That killshot was so intense that it merged us all into a new split reality. Nothing will be as cutting as the buildup and subsequent setoff of killshot. That was hatred in its purest form.
You must have missed Pac and Biggie. LoL
Ok stan
@BojackHorseman-cq3kc What are you talking about 🤨 you sound absurd
Killshot is a pretty angry song, but it really is not the angriest of all time. Just off the top of my head, anything from the album Iowa by Slipknot, anything since 2022 by Paleface or anything from the Stages of Grief EP by Orphan is all several degrees of hatred more pissed than Killshot
